[Resolved]  Airtel Karnataka Circle — Deactivation of personal number

I have given below the summary of this case. Now it is 8 days since the number is de activated. I have lost all business opportunity and personal mental torture. Subsquent to this mail I have written many mails to the top team in Airtel without any support. Please let me know how to proceed.

Dear Mr.Venkatesh

I am sudharsan one of airtel's loyal customer from 2003. The purpose of me writing this mail to you is with the last hope that justice will be done to me.

I came back to India and bought a connection with airtel in bangalore and was working with a company called Blue Dart since 2003. My personaly mobile number was [protected]. I have been holding this number since then at a individual capacity. Subsquently, I joined a company called Deccan 360 in 2008 and I continued to hold this number in my name all payments were made by me individually through internet.

However to my surprise I found in the month of May that my number was transfered to the company Deccan cargo without any confirmation from my side. The below mail is evident that I had lodged a complaint to that extent. NO NOC NOR ANY TRANSFER OF CONTRACT FROM MY SIDE FROM AIRTEL OR THE COMPANY.

The company promised that they have informed Airtel about the fault and that they will reticfy. But today I am leaving this company and to my surprise i am finding that they have deactivated my number without any notice in spite of me bring up this entire case to the airtel customer coordinator Sreehari and malathi.

I am in chennai as my mother is hospitalized and she is very critical. To my mental toture the only number i have [protected] has been deactivated yesterday. I had visited your teleshop in 100 ft indaranagar blr and met up with Ms.asma who was very responsible and showed her all the document which proved that this number was in individual name and Airtel actual have done a mistake by transefering it to corporate without any permission from me.

Then yesterday with disstress called and spoke to mr.johnwillams patrick but he was not able to help as he was stating that the number is in companys name and he cannot do anything about it. My questiion to him was HOW ON EARTH AIRTEL CAN CHANGE A PERSONAL NUMBER TO CORPORATE WITHOUT MY CONSERT ?? Airtel should have followed the same proceedure when transfer from individual to corporate which now they are quoting .

I need your help and support to understand this case and help me get back this number by tomorrow so that i can get calls including my job opportunity.. Please support. Find below the mail i have written to your support system without any action so far.

Dear All

the said number is my personal number used by me since 10 years ... now i find that this number is being transfered as a company number without my knowledge ??? i want to know how this can happen .... this is against the law of privacy ???? i will take serious action of this in case this is not resolved today ??? kindly do the needful by changing the number back to me .. i am unable to do my payment as this is not mapped in my account ...
