[Resolved] Airtel Landline & Broadband — EXTRA CHARGE FOR NEW CONNECTION | |
i have applied for an Airtel broadband connection on 26Oct,09 by giving a cheque of Rs500 having no.271619(State bank of India) with form no.1964216. but the connection can't be given due to your technical problems. after that i have told to apply again by filling a new form and also Rs1000 and they have also said that the cheque of Rs500 will be returned back to you very soon. they have taken Rs1000(cheque no-038577 Canara Bank) again with the new form(No[protected] on 18Nov,09 and said that the previous cheque will be returned back. but the previous cheque is already cleared from my account on 7Nov,09. i have talked to Mr.Pawan and Mr.Avinash Choudhary about this on 23Dec,09 and they have said that your cheque will be returned very soon. WHY THEY ARE TELLING LIE TO ME? i want my money returned back very soon. also they said that you will be given cash back offer in which you have to give Rs1000 and Mr.Avinash Choudhary has also promised Rs3000 speed on demand offer. now he is saying only one offer will be given. so why Rs1000 will be taken from me?
