[Resolved]  Airtel / Landline Connection — land is out of order

I am disappointed because our Airtel landline connection ph.[protected] not working from last 4 days to till date. Provided your service was unsatisfactory.Because So many complain the promises are airtel will revert back to user in 24 hours and the company always promise that the matter will be solved in 48 working hours but unfortunatly no body is there to solve the problem the last refrence number form company is 40213272. Now i shall ask you why do I pay if we not get the service To resolve the problem I request you to take the action seriously as soon as possible .
