It looses our valuable time,it bour us when we are in Imergency. So I request airtel to play this voice for 1st time call when blance is less then 10 and in one language (users default language) not in 3 language.Do not join that offers advertisement. §198=121 for airtel. I think 198 is only complain no. for every network. But in airtel they advertise for long time . Vodafone and other is best. There is no difference in 121&198 in airtel exept 198 is free. In airtel (198) talk to an customer care exucutive is very lengthy prosses. So I request airtel to make its quality good. Lastly I am sorry for my wrong spelling and bad English.
