[Resolved]  Airtel — Customer ID online registration - very urgent

My customer ID is [protected]
I want to immediately recharge/top up my account online and addon few packages and movies to my account as well.
For that purpose I tried to register on
https://ebpp.airtelworld.com/care/RetailUserRegistration/
but each time this message come.
‘We are unable to process your request. Please try again later. Regret the inconvenience.’
What is the reason that why this message comes again and again when I try to online register as New user?
Why your site does not allow new customer ID to register on your web site???
Please allow me to register online
https://ebpp.airtelworld.com/care/RetailUserRegistration/
with immediate effect so that I may recharge my account with new add online in my account section.
Finally my above Customer ID does not appear on my set top box? What is the reason? Please show ID on my box as well.

sir, i have recharge dth Rs. 300 on dated 13/05/2011 11:45 am in sunder nagar distt mandi(Himahal Pardesh) pin code:174402.i have recharge with 300 but shopkeeper charged not a Rs.300 he was chrged Rs.310 .and he was miss behave with me and he says to me airtel has not give me sufficient margin so i have charged extra money from customer.pls take a necessary action well in time and goes to consumer court

Hi,

Airtel is providing [censored] service, it is really such a as******le Service provider.
I doubt, any senior personality of Airtel is investigating all the problem or issues of a customer.

Why i am writing all these harsh sentence because i m getting such [censored] service from airtel.
Please do ignore all the valuable customer who is facing these type of problem, These are for only Airtel.

[About Customer care : don't ask me anything, i don't have any word to say these guys, really N****se]

I don't know how much effective it will be but i am going to make a complain in Consumer court against Airtel DTH.

I am facing issue with a relocation request raised. I have waited for the engineer taking leave yesterday (9th May 2011) as he was scheduled for afternoon 2:30. After enormous calls at around 8:00 Am today (10th May 2011) I atleaset got to escallate to a seniour person. After this also, I didnt get any proper response (none actually) from them till now. Just now got a call from some one asking is my issue is resolved? They only dont have a proper internal communication. That person is not even dure what my issue was. He is asking whether signal is not coming wen I raised a request for installation. I dont know how they can send customrs from pillar to post. if it was some other country, would they have dared to do thid to any customer?

Remote change ke liye pichley 2 mahiney se complain likh wa raha ho app ka engeiner ka sms revert ata hai address wroung but lagatey wakt to wrong address nahi thai. nahi ho sakta remote change to 02 no. setup box band kar do.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — REG NOT PROVIDING CONNECTION

Sir,
I have paid a sum of Rs. 1590/- through SBI online banking to Airtel Digital TV for cable connection vide order No. 3510730 on 31st May 2011. Even after 15 days neither they installed Digital TV nor my money refunded back till date. I have sent 8 emails to Airtel authorities but no reply received. They are also not responding to my phone calls. Please help me to get my money back against the cheating of the company. More over company denied me TV entertainment for last 15 days for which they may also be directed to pay compensation. My mobile connection is from Airtel. Even then they ignored me.

Now I am afraid of approaching any other dish TV providers as if they also cheat me like this, I will incur heavy financial loss.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Very Poor Customer Service - Airtel Digital TV - Reg.

This Monday two persons came to my home for migration that is changing the orientation of dish. After changing the orientation, I am not able to see any channel and my set top box is completely dead. I
raised several complaint to customer care and also I have send many emails. Till today that is after one week, they haven’t solved the problem. So my kind request is to don’t go for airtel Digital TV.

Very very poor service and customer care.

Airtel Digital T.V H.D — Out of service since a week

Airtel's customer service is pathetic to say the lest. My HD stb has not been recieving signal since five days. First they refuse to take down the complaint, later after a lot of insisting they bother to take a compalint, but till date they are not bothered to sort it out. the techinical guy says no stb available in the city so wait. What do these people think they are doing us a big favour. Airtel has confirmed it is only good at advertising. Once they collect money for the product, they are not bothered. I hope somebody at Airtel reads this and gets the truth that they are the most unprofessional & shoddy service providers in the country. My very sincere request to 1 & all plz stay away from Airtel Digital TV

I have been hearing these scripted line from you people since monday. Rather than talking do some work. If you aren't capable of resolving the copmplaints then stop selling the products, atleast don't make these false claims of being the no.1 service provider in the country. It is really dispicable that even after 6 days of lodging the complaint, which is quite a simple 1, ur technical team is still working out a method of resolving it. Its shoddy work to the core. If you are not capable of resolving it within today, plz return my deposit and the amount in my a/c balance and i'll find a service provider who does some real work

Please stop Airtel DTH Service on my Mobile [protected]. i don't have any DTH Pack and i don't know who is Registered my number. so please look in the matter.
My customer no. is [protected]. I have calling up the customer care of Airtel for last 36 hrs. Every time a assurance is given that a technician will call me and my issue will be resolved in 6 hrs. Till date there is no 1 at my place.

I am jus paying for the recharge ..and gettin no services...Absolute mismangement and deficient services are provided by Airtel.

I think its high time and Airtel should stop selling the Set top box as they are jus duping people. People who are planning to buy airtel please dont waste your money by watching saif and kareen in the advertisement.

This is to inform you very sadly that my Airtel DTH has lost signal from last 3 days. Despite my repeated complainant vide complaint no.11456959 dated 30.08.2011 and another complaint no.11486982 dated 31.08.2011, no responses from Aritel DTH.It is very unfourtunate that such a reputed orzanation has unable to provide service to his consumer even after given several reminder/request over phone.

This is very shameful on your service part by haressing people like us.

CAN SOME AIRTEL RESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

I Have airtel DTH Connection bearing consumer number [protected] with Registered Mobile number [protected]. On dated my set top box gone faulty. It was frequently OFF. I lodged my complaint with call center no [protected] vide complaint number12263887 dated 27-09-11 and complaint number 12340879 dated 30-09-11. On dated I recieved my settop box, but the set Top Box delivered to me is faulty. It is frequently on /off while watching TV. My complaint is already 05-day old and I have paid Rs. 100.00 to Engineer for Repair purpose. On dated 01-10-11 when contacted to call center I was again given complaint number 12368663. Every time after complaint I have been given a mobile number for contact purpose [protected] which is always swithced off. This is the height of harrassment to the subscriber. As I am harrassed by not providing the services and payment have been made and further my Validity is also deducting. It is hereby submitted that I may be compensated for the complained period.

Airtel — Never takes customer complaints seriously

I had recharged my airtel prepaid card [protected] with a Rs 95 sms pack and despite of that Airtel was deducting amount from the main talk time account. I called the customer service number but every time they would just say that the complain is registered and it will be rectified soon, however it is not been rectified to date. This is the second time i ma facing this error please look into it asap.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Very very poor Service

I had given a request to update my Normal Digital TV's STB ([protected]) to "HD STB". Request was raised on 04/11/2011 morning. Customer care said Engineer will come on same day evening and replace it.

But without any resolution the complaint got closed. Again I called to Customer care they gave 4 dues till 07/11/2011. But nothing happened. Then on 07/11/2011 one representative said " Complaint got closed and I have to raise a new one"( till now no one told me this).

So I raised a request once again and I received a complaint number with Local service center mobile number(Tripur-[protected]). When I called them, they They asked me to come to his office and collect the new DTH by submitting the Old one( For this why should you have a Customer care?). I got frustrated by this.

I hate the service provided by Airtel Digital TV. I am planning to change my service provider if it is not resolved within one more day.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — No proper response from call Centre to resolve the issue

For the past few days my dish tv is not working, when I called customer care they registered a compliant[protected]on 28/12/2011). Stil none of them called me to resolve the issue instead I am getting messages that my issue was resolved. How come this is possible??
