[Resolved] Airtel — Validity of service and wrong account information | |||
Customer ID: [protected]. I have purchased Airtel Digital TV package including "Digital TV recorder + 1year South Megapack + Rs 250 Cashback + free installation" online. The payment made in a single transaction using my creditcard. Now the package validity is showing is for 2 months only. In 'my account' of the Airtel website, the payment is not reflecting as I made it. It is showing many transactions of small amounts. I had spoke to customer service at least 15 times and I did not got a proper answer. Once it was informed by their executive that, the validity extended and I will get a call for confirmation in the same day. But Never got the call and problem not resolved. Another time it was told that the validity now showing, is for the free viewing time and I have to recharge only after 14 months. But I had asked for a confirmation by e-mail, I never got it. I need only 12 month validity and Rs 250 cash back. Was this information helpful? | |||
