[Resolved] Airtel Mcheck — Payment not updated | |
On 8th of July 2010 I had recharged mobile number [protected] by mcheck service of Bharti Airtel by Rupees 333/- but the number typed by me was wrong i.e. [protected]. It was a small typing error. I had word with Customer care of Bharti and registered complain for the same and complained number was[protected] still date no update provided by Bharti Airtel. I had multiple calls on Airtel customer care (Delhi as well as Gujarat helpline) which is also paid service and an Airtel customer care executive disconnected call multiple times. If Mcheck charges to your credit card, then call up your credit card company and dispute the charge before the bill is due next month. Chances are that your credit card company may agree with you and refuse payment to Mcheck.
