[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Connection — sudden stoppage of outgoing | |||
I had a BSNL mobile post paid connection. suddenly i got a phone call from some airtel agent that they are offering 10% discount if i come to airtel through MNP. since i was not happy with BSNL service i decided to change to airtel. i submitted all papers to them. But suddenly on 13th oct 2011 (approx after 15 days) i found all my outgoing is suspended. I contacted 121, they told they can not do anything and to contact that airtel agent. I called them 2/3 times. They again wanted my PAN card xerox. I sent on the same day via email at around 4 pm. Next day, i went to the customer care at around 11 am , they called here and there and told me that my phone will be active by 3 pm. after 3 pm i again called up that agent and they told my phone will be active by night. today on 16th night also , my phone is in the same condition. I understand that people are worthless because management is weak,no punishment for for harassing the customer. few information about those airtel agents -email- dlc.[protected]@gmail.com/ phone- [protected]./ nilanjan bose- . now i have changed my no. so, it does not really matter wheather you restore my no or not.
