[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Office — Speed of Internet | |
I am using airtel mobile office sevice for 2-3 months. Its downloading speed is the poorest of any of the Internet service. In this service I even could not download a content of size 2-3 MB, since either it take 5-6 hour to download or it gets disconnected during downloading. This is the worst internet providing service since it consumes not only the money of the customers but also the 'TIME' of the customer. Was this information helpful? | |

Sir, my name is Bajrang. form Bikaner(rajasthan)...I am regular Customer of airtel mobile office for last 6 months.. and I am paying 395/- per month for airtel mobile office plan.. the speed supported by airtel mobile office is 115kbps.. it shows 115 kbps but not natural.. I mean the speed is really slow... is there any other plan for me.. Since I am a student I cant efford the charges 395 per month.. is there any other tarrif plan of scheme for a long period or at low price... because as a student price and time both are waisting.. as compared to service. So plz send a soultion or information regarding my query.. Thankyou

We at Airtel have a policy of reducing your speeds if you do too much downloading because if we don't do so we will be in loss by providing you unlimited internet. I hope that you will understand our position.Also please don't ask us for returning your money.It is not possible for us to return it(in fact we rarely do it).

i using airtel gprs my call no. is :-[protected]
this sim is tekan on goverment documents. name is dinesh bhai kaka bhai ahir, he is my unckel
so sir my problame is that airtel bhranch from navsari told me that" we give you 130kbps speed but sir here is only 2 kbps speed or some time its 0.1kbps speed or desconnect.
sir plz halp me about the speed .
how can i download in this speed.

I called 121 and reported a complaint (no.[protected] after which i recived a call saying that my mobile office connection has been settled. When i checked it out I was supprised to find my balence getting cut. i subscribed for unlimited 450Rs Plan. I have tried to call customer care 121 at least 87 90 times and have not been able to connect to them. i think they have blocked my number. Please do something at the earliest I am loosing my money and am not able to connect to the internet. Even the speed is very bad 1-2 Kbps at the most.

use DAP software for download any software u get nice download speed
mobile office speed is very bad in jaipur is only 7-8kbps, very bad sir

I am using mobile office in 3 months. But this connection speed is very slow (2 to 3kb/second.Help me sir
My mobile no. is [protected] and I am availing the mobile office service in nokia N82 for 2 months. The speed shows in the computer 460.80 kbps/s but it seems like 4 to 5 kbps/s., which is very very poor. The cost is taken Rs.98/- per month . The other network gives better speed in the same tarriff. So you are requested to improve the speed to higher.
please use internet download manager he is get you download speed up to 25-30 kbps

COMPLAINED FOR WRONG DEDUCTION
I have recharged mobile No [protected] for Rs. 92/- for GPRS activate in day/night. Butnight plan have not been activate on our mobile shown on night pack *125*3#. Request activate night pack 2 GB free on our mobile at the earliest.

I strongly agree with this complaint, sir i am using mobile office at first i only tried opening google, but to my surprise it took more than 5 minutes to load, than i called up the customer care, they asked me to verify all the settings which i did, then after everything they said to switch off my phone and turn it back on, which again i did. But nothing improved. I am still getting the maximum speed like 4 to 5 kBps.
Please correct this speed problem.
