[Resolved]  Airtel Mobile Office — Speed of Internet

I am using airtel mobile office sevice for 2-3 months. Its downloading speed is the poorest of any of the Internet service. In this service I even could not download a content of size 2-3 MB, since either it take 5-6 hour to download or it gets disconnected during downloading. This is the worst internet providing service since it consumes not only the money of the customers but also the 'TIME' of the customer.

Its speed is the very poor at 1-2 kbps while conecting on pc .In this data sent is higher than receving. during the downloading time net automaticaly disconnected. i should complaint to customercare superviser said simply temparary issue

Airtel Mobile Office — download speed very slow

respect sir i am sanjoy dutta from west bengal ,dist north 24 parganas , i am use airtel internet from two month, but download speed very slow, what is problem ,
sir, I am your regular customer of mobile office. i recharge with Rs.18 net pack continue but the speed is verry verry poor either download or upload. so please solve my problem othreise i have to disconnect your service connection . Nokia - Airtel connection — Mobile - No internet connectivity in office & my messages are not going out.

My Mobile No. is [protected] - Airtel connection. I stay at Thane and work at Powai (Mumbai).
Messages are not going out. I only receive messages. Also while at workplace (office), the internet connectivity goes off. Other users like Vodafone, Idea, they get internet connectivity smoothly.

Please help.

AirTel — Mobile Office

I've airtel mobile office plan of Rs. 98 activated but it has been a time that I am suffering from a problem that I am not able to connect to Mobile Office, kindly help.

My Airtel mobile phone Number is [protected]. My set name Samsung S3310. I have recharged for Rs. 98 for internet package + Rs. 5 for one day internet. The Data of about 2300 MB is available in my account and the same is valid upto 12 March 2011. My problem is that whenever I use to connect the internet, the service is available but the at the cost of Main balance instead of internet package (I had never faced such problems previously). Whenever the main balance reaches to Zero, the services of internet are not available. I contacted customer care four times. I acted according to their instructions. I received mobile office configuration and installed in the mobile. I switched off the mobile and restarted. I set the mobile office as a browser profile but still the main balance is reducing the data account remains same. I recharged several times but all the time main balance cut down. One more problem is that the main balance cuts down at the rate of Rs. 10 per minute usage of Data. This needs immediate rectification.

Currently i using MO in 2g speed is really poor but airtel 3G is really awesome in coimbatore here the download speed upto 600kpbs in my nokia E6 wen it launched 3G it works now edge 1ly working u giving 2GB for 98 if we use it in 3G speed means wats the problem in airtel 1ly 3G is high rate i thinking to change my no Vodafone...

Sports HD Channel

As per the sports HD channel, only 4 channels are include viz., Start Sports HD1, HD2, TenHD and SixHD. However, there are 2 new channels under sports quota (Start Sports HD3, HD4). Why are these not include in Sports HD Channel?

Very bad internet speed and no resolution

I am getting very low internet speed on my airtel prepaid no. [protected] . This problem is coming from 12august and i comlaint it to cust. care but not resolved. I m very dissapointed with this service.
