Airtel Mobile Services - Mumbai — Signal Strength is very weak

Air Tel Mobile Services — very weak signal received in my house

i have been using 2 connections [protected] and [protected] since 2008 but since last 6 months there is very weak signal and some places no signal in my house , after repeated complaints to customer care there is absolutely no response all other service providers signals are perfect,so its embarrassing to see friends coming to my house having other service providers speak when sitting in the house were as when i have to use my cell phone have to run to the window and showoff my mobile to neighborhood

Hi, I am Sweta. I am facing the problem of poor Airtel signal strength in my house.
I reside at Nahar Amrit Shakti, Chandivali. The house on the 16th floor and is open with large balcony, still the signal strength is poor and at times is 0 causing lots of inconvenience.
There are other residents of the colony who are also facing the same problem and people have told me that this is a long existence problem in this region.

Please resolve this ASAP.
