[Resolved]  Airtel — modification of bill plan

I Vinay Kumar having contact no. [protected], have renewed my 2 year advanced rental postpaid connection wef 03.09.2012 after get calling from Airtel customer care. but, I get a sms on 26.09.12 that "Discount 200 minutes (Local M2M) has been stopped on your airtel mobile". Later, I told same to customer care but he was unable to reply my query and ask me that his senior will contact me within 2 hours, which is yet to contacted. Hereby, I want to clarification that why doesn’t airtel confirmed me at the renewal time that existing plan would be altered/temperd and why airtel informed me after 23days via sms only?
