THEN ONE FINE DAY WE RECEIVED 3 MONTH INVOICES TOGETHER THRU A COURIER, AND WE SURPRISE TO SEE THE ADDRESS ON OUR INVOICE IS " X NEHARU NAGAR POLICE LINE BLDG NO 143 ROOM NO 4859 NEAR SHANTARAM KRUSHANA PANTAVOLAR HIGH SCHOOL KURLA WEST MUMBAI MAHARASTRA PIN 400024 " BE HAVE NO CONCERN WITH THIS ADDRESS AT ALL WE WERE SHOCKED TO SEE THIS ADDRESS ON OUR INVOICE BASICALLY IT IS ALSO DANGAROUROUS ON OUR PART THAT OUR DETAILED BILLED INVOICES WHICH WE ARE PAYING FOR WERE GOING TO WRONG ADDRESS AND MAY BE TO WRONG HANDS. SINCE WE ARE PAYING FOR DETAIL BILLING WE ARE LIABLE TO GET OUR OFFICIAL DETAIL BILL IN TIME SO THAT THEIR IS NO INCONVENIENCE CAUSE TO BOTH O[censored]S. WE ALSO WOULD LIKE TO HAVE COPIES OF ALL LAST 8 MONTHS COURIER'S POD TO ENABLE US TO TRACE WHO WAS THE PERSON RECEIVING OUR BILLS IN COURIER WEST. BEING A SO CALLED SOUND COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL, WE BELIEVE THIS ERROR COULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED CONTINUOUS IN EIGHT MONTH IN A ROW . NOW WE HAVE A BELIEF THAT THIS IS SOME KIND OF A MISCHIEF BEING PLAYED FROM YOUR SIDE . WE ONCE AGAIN REQUEST YOU KINDLY REFER OUR TOTAL LOG MAINLY IN 121 - E-MAILS - AND LETTER COMMUNICATION AND REVIEW THE MATTER FROM YOUR END. BY NOW LOOKING AT OUR PAST RECORD FOR MANY YEARS WE ARE PAYING YOUR BILLS NO MATTER HOW MUCH AMOUNT BEFORE DUE DATE, SINCE WE WERE NOT RECEIVING YOUR BILL FROM APRIL 08, AND BEING A COMPANY ACCOUNT AND INDIAN INCOME TAX LAW AND COMPANY AUDITOR'S REQUIREMENT WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE ANY PAYMENTS WITHOUT AN INVOICE BUT IN YOUR CASE WE WERE STILL PAYING IN TIME, GOING OUT OF THE WAY IN ORDER NOT TO DISTURB SERVICE IN ORDER, NOW IT WAS A HIGH TIME AFTER SO MANY REMINDERS AND PERSONAL EFFORT THEIR WAS NO EFFORT FROM YOUR SIDE TO RESOLVE OUR VERY SIMPLE GENUINE QUERY. EVEN THOUGH MISTAKE WAS FROM YOUR END, YOU HAVE HUMILIATED US BY STOPPING OUR OUT GOING SERVICES FOR ALMOST A WEEK THIS HAS CAUSED A BIG LOSS IN OUR DAY TO DAY BUSINESS.
