Though I got your contact number and email I'd before 15 days, I did not approach because I thought that million people are working under you with their heart and soul to give 100% customer satisfaction to retain them and to increase their quantity. But now it's a limit. I was 200% satisfied with services of Airtel but just because my whole family using Airtel. Till last month it was perfect and WOW experience as it was my favorite (Airtel) but later on I started facing problem in my incoming calls. My friends and relatives started telling me that my number is not reachable etc. Sometimes it was reachable but most of the times not. When I tried to call, it was totally silent after sometime the call was disconnected. I immediately logged a complain and got prompt response with the diplomatic answer that “Sir, your problem has been resolved." But again the problem was same. Again I logged complain and response was same but without the solution and they(Executives) were keep irritating me by saying that from our side there is no issue and instructed me to change the phone or to change the sim card from phone. First I changed my sim card to another phone but the problem was same then I followed their instructions and changed my phone (nokia 3110c to spice qt 53) and put another Airtel sim in my phone too, but problem was same with old number and new one was working perfectly at same location and in same pocket. NOW I PUCHASED A NEW PHONE (NOKIA C2-00) DUE TO YOUR NETWORK PROBLEM BUT STILL PROBLEM IS SAME.
In my third or fourth complain, your excutive called me and asked about the problem in brief. I explained everything then he politely said "Sir, I'll trace your number for 2-3 days, please co-operate." I said no issues wherein I have to spent 10-12 ours at my work place, I allowed him to call me any time 24*7. He was keep calling me and when my number was not reachable, he was giving me. On second day he instructed me to exchange the phone and sim and did the same and he found that there is no issue with the phone, as my second number was working perfectly in both of them. He requested me to co-operate one more day and promised me that there might be problem with network so I'll ask my field officer to visit at your location. Till now I am waiting for his calls....huh. He left everything in air and I was again.......... From my end I have done everything to support airtel but I don't think it will work anymore. I am about to complete my journey of 6 months with Airtel in Uttar Pradesh (Basically I am from Rajasthan my rajasthan Airtel number is still working properly on same location and same pocket in same mobile) and planning to change (portability) because that will be the best IDEA TO CHANGE MY LIFE & CONNECTING PEOPLE. As the company is expanding, the customer service is getting hampered. You guys are unable to provide them satisfactory services. Yes I know that you are the head of UP West, so I'll wait for few more days. If I get solution....... Otherwise it's a TURN OFF.

This is to inform you that i am an Airtel customer for many years.I have been facing a network problem for the past 2 months whenever i call up some ISD numbers .I have reported the same to the network department.They had promised that they would look into the issue and would resolve it.The problem was that when i call up some ISD numbers i hear the ringing tone as usual but when i look at my phone i am already charged before anyone picks the phone.This happens not always but randomly.Some times its perfectly alright.I have tried the same numbers from MTNL and Sify phone,there are no issue.
This was happening since last 2 months,last month Airtel told me that they are checking the same and mean while they would waive all the call charges to those number which were 30 seconds or less until they resolve the issue.i was assured a resolution at an early date.
This month i had written an email to you about the issue in detail but i haven't received any reply for you.Yesterday 30th Aug 2007,i have received a call from them stating that their are no issue with Airtel network,and its with the ISD numbers and they will not be able to help further.And i am request to pay for the complete bill,which i think is unfair.And today i received the call from Sweta,network department that the issue is now resolved.I have not faced the network issue for the last 2 days.It could be that your department has resolved the issue,but i am not sure if the problem would re-occur.
I would request you to please confirm if the issue has been rectified from your end.And also i would like to know Why should i be paying for the calls that were not connected to the number,should i be pay for hearing the ring tone.Airtel should have informed me if they were not able to resolve the issue earlier so that i could have opted not to use my airtel phone to those numbers.i would request you to waive off the charges for last month bills and calls to the particular number which is less that 30 sec up till yesterday.Further i will not be making the calls to those ISD number from my airtel mobile i would rather use MTNL or sify for the same.
I would request you to please intervene the whole issue and do the needful at an early date.

I am a employee of Pvt. Ltd Company, working for client services, as my job responsibilities are concern, I have to speak and coordinate with High level of interaction with our client, but due to network problem, I have lost so many business opportunity,
I have taken two connection one is 9971444002 and another is 9971444003.
This bears to network problem at my work are and my residential, I have requested to customer care for 100 of times since I have taken this connection 09 month back, but till date I have not received any satisfactory answer and solution, as I am a very good customer of Airtel since last 05 years, with heavy usage....
I got resolution from your side through sms, but still there is no coverage.
You can check your records that my call was disconnected in 2 - 5 seconds every time when I receive or make any call.
I really very disappointed with those responsible person who does not work for all kind of repudiated company, so that company suffers a lot...
this is my personal request to the higher authority that please take immediate action, as I have registered my request earlier, other wise I have no options, I will move to Another Services Provider, but its not a loss of the employee who are working with Airtel, its a loss of the company...
So kindly revert with the solution and compensation that I suffered a lot
There is a lot of jam with the airtel network. I am surprised to see that in a city like mumbai and a service provider like airtel we dont get proper network coverage. Dadar overbridge, sion bridge, parel bridge, belapur in navi mumbai, mahape, kharghar. it is really making me to hate airtel.

i am one of the oldest customer of airtel apart from this I have been regularly paying the bills etc. However, i am extremely displeased to inform that despite my numerous complaints at your 121 no regarding extreme network problem at my residence cum office. (they clain thru their advt that even in jungle or ocean they have good network)Everytime weather it is day or night I have to come in the open or the road outside my house to hear to any phone call. tell me then what is the use of keeping a mobile phone when it is causing me extreme inconvenience,mental agony *& harassment to me. To FUR THUR TRAUMATISE ME YOU(AIRTEL) PEOPLE ARE NOT AT ALL RESPONDING TO YOUR CONSUMER/CLIENT ACUTE PROBLEM DESPITE NUMEROUS MESSAGES & TALK AT 121. It appears that the purpose of your organisation is just to collect the monthly dues and give reminders only about your money, after getting the monthly amount you people are least bothered about your client & ensures that he has a cardiac arrest or brain hemorrhage because of the stresses & strains due to you guys. I may furthur add that because of your network problem which in turn amounts to incomplete/unclear/disturbed calls, it has amounted to affect my business & day to day working too.It is added that as a layman the only solution to the technical problem is the setting of a tower near to my place of operation.

according to me the problem is creating due to tower, beacuse there is no tower in such busy area it is commercial area also so please also erect one tower in our area

This Airtel has really bacame big headache to me. My no' is +91 9967407129, Iam facing lots of network problem, specially when iam at home, when I was taken the connection it was good, but since last one month it giving me lots of trouble, Iam fadup, Plz give sum remedy, otherwise i have to change my connection.
I am not able to make outgoing calls from my phone since 18th morning. Apart from this, the network problem is there from more then one years.We are paying full money and instead of that we are not getting full satisfaction.
