Airtel — Network Problem | |||
Though I got your contact number and email I'd before 15 days, I did not approach because I thought that million people are working under you with their heart and soul to give 100% customer satisfaction to retain them and to increase their quantity. But now it's a limit. I was 200% satisfied with services of Airtel but just because my whole family using Airtel. Till last month it was perfect and WOW experience as it was my favorite (Airtel) but later on I started facing problem in my incoming calls. My friends and relatives started telling me that my number is not reachable etc. Sometimes it was reachable but most of the times not. When I tried to call, it was totally silent after sometime the call was disconnected. I immediately logged a complain and got prompt response with the diplomatic answer that “Sir, your problem has been resolved." But again the problem was same. Again I logged complain and response was same but without the solution and they(Executives) were keep irritating me by saying that from our side there is no issue and instructed me to change the phone or to change the sim card from phone. First I changed my sim card to another phone but the problem was same then I followed their instructions and changed my phone (nokia 3110c to spice qt 53) and put another Airtel sim in my phone too, but problem was same with old number and new one was working perfectly at same location and in same pocket. NOW I PUCHASED A NEW PHONE (NOKIA C2-00) DUE TO YOUR NETWORK PROBLEM BUT STILL PROBLEM IS SAME. In my third or fourth complain, your excutive called me and asked about the problem in brief. I explained everything then he politely said "Sir, I'll trace your number for 2-3 days, please co-operate." I said no issues wherein I have to spent 10-12 ours at my work place, I allowed him to call me any time 24*7. He was keep calling me and when my number was not reachable, he was giving me. On second day he instructed me to exchange the phone and sim and did the same and he found that there is no issue with the phone, as my second number was working perfectly in both of them. He requested me to co-operate one more day and promised me that there might be problem with network so I'll ask my field officer to visit at your location. Till now I am waiting for his calls....huh. He left everything in air and I was again.......... From my end I have done everything to support airtel but I don't think it will work anymore. I am about to complete my journey of 6 months with Airtel in Uttar Pradesh (Basically I am from Rajasthan my rajasthan Airtel number is still working properly on same location and same pocket in same mobile) and planning to change (portability) because that will be the best IDEA TO CHANGE MY LIFE & CONNECTING PEOPLE. As the company is expanding, the customer service is getting hampered. You guys are unable to provide them satisfactory services. Yes I know that you are the head o[censored]P West, so I'll wait for few more days. If I get solution....... Otherwise it's a TURN OFF. AirTel — network prob
hello u bloody airtel communications..this is the umpteenth time i am complainin u ppl abt the severe network problem in our area i.e at kanakanagar area near r t nagar...it causing lot of problems to all the ppl havin ur connection...so please do the needful or else we hav to lodge serious complaint against ur company... Hello, We are having network issues, network is not available from last 3 weeks, we are unable to recieve nor make calls due to lack of network coverage . Inspite of repeated complaints to the customer care department, there is no response or action which is indeed frustrating for a customer like me who has been using AIRTEL from last 5 years . If no action is taken for this complaint, I will proceed with disconnecting the service and also insist my family members, relatives and friends to do the same and switch over to other network where good service is provided. Please provide some resolution within next 72 hours .
network cutting in between
I am facing network problem for my airtel no. [protected] and my mobile is 1110 nokia. I have taken my sim card from raigad and right now i am staying in mumbai at mankhurd(B camp) and pin is 400088. whenever i am out of this place i get full connectivity on my mobile. Its been 3-4 months now and nothing action is being taken uptil now. most important job calls are getting missed due to this.

I am facing the net problem in my postpaid connection from last 2 months, when i was outside i got the net perfect but, when i was in my room it suddenly disconnected.so, im having problems while talking wit people. pls look after this.

my complaine is that from last one month we are getting very problem in call canecting,
the mobile shows the full network but the call is not canecting in Balaganj location and same in chowk and Rajaji puram loation the network is working very well.
so please solve this problem as soon as posibel because it also effecting your goodwill.

ISSUE:- I have been using it as a prepaid connection since last 2 yrs., I have been facing a lot of problems of network. I have filed verious complaints to your brach offices of Aurangabad city(M.S.). However still I am not satisfied with your service therefore you herby directed please urgentlly remove all the problem regarding network of my mobile no.Otherwise it will compel to me to file the consumer complaint before the consumer fourm.
I am amazed to see the working of an organization like yours. I was not expecting this kind of service & experience from AIRTEL. It is really hopeless and shameful
