Airtel — Network Problem

Though I got your contact number and email I'd before 15 days, I did not approach because I thought that million people are working under you with their heart and soul to give 100% customer satisfaction to retain them and to increase their quantity. But now it's a limit. I was 200% satisfied with services of Airtel but just because my whole family using Airtel. Till last month it was perfect and WOW experience as it was my favorite (Airtel) but later on I started facing problem in my incoming calls. My friends and relatives started telling me that my number is not reachable etc. Sometimes it was reachable but most of the times not. When I tried to call, it was totally silent after sometime the call was disconnected. I immediately logged a complain and got prompt response with the diplomatic answer that “Sir, your problem has been resolved." But again the problem was same. Again I logged complain and response was same but without the solution and they(Executives) were keep irritating me by saying that from our side there is no issue and instructed me to change the phone or to change the sim card from phone. First I changed my sim card to another phone but the problem was same then I followed their instructions and changed my phone (nokia 3110c to spice qt 53) and put another Airtel sim in my phone too, but problem was same with old number and new one was working perfectly at same location and in same pocket. NOW I PUCHASED A NEW PHONE (NOKIA C2-00) DUE TO YOUR NETWORK PROBLEM BUT STILL PROBLEM IS SAME.

In my third or fourth complain, your excutive called me and asked about the problem in brief. I explained everything then he politely said "Sir, I'll trace your number for 2-3 days, please co-operate." I said no issues wherein I have to spent 10-12 ours at my work place, I allowed him to call me any time 24*7. He was keep calling me and when my number was not reachable, he was giving me. On second day he instructed me to exchange the phone and sim and did the same and he found that there is no issue with the phone, as my second number was working perfectly in both of them. He requested me to co-operate one more day and promised me that there might be problem with network so I'll ask my field officer to visit at your location. Till now I am waiting for his calls....huh. He left everything in air and I was again.......... From my end I have done everything to support airtel but I don't think it will work anymore. I am about to complete my journey of 6 months with Airtel in Uttar Pradesh (Basically I am from Rajasthan my rajasthan Airtel number is still working properly on same location and same pocket in same mobile) and planning to change (portability) because that will be the best IDEA TO CHANGE MY LIFE & CONNECTING PEOPLE. As the company is expanding, the customer service is getting hampered. You guys are unable to provide them satisfactory services. Yes I know that you are the head o[censored]P West, so I'll wait for few more days. If I get solution....... Otherwise it's a TURN OFF.

I am Using Airtel mobile service from last 3 year, from 3 Months i have experianced many problem of Call Drop.and facing network problem as there is no network, even to make a call. due to that call drop also happens many times.

I am very sorry to say that your network service in agra is very poor condition, the all calls is disconnect after 10-15 Sec.
When i was call at your customer care they do not satisfy me & say change the service company (Airtel & Idea or others) Becouse we have not good network in agra. I am very surprise !!!!!.

I have an Airtel Lifetime prepaid number, which was working fine until recently I moved to a new house in Khar (W) Mumbai. As I go inside my house there is no network at all. It is too much of a problem when my friends and family are trying to contact me. I have made repetitive complains on Airtel customer care, they always say I will receive a call back regarding my problem but nothing has happened as of yet. I always get some 10 days future date by which my problem will be solved but nothing happens. My number is [protected]. Kindly see if something can be done, its really a problem.

I had raised complaint of network issue problem on 1st Feb 2010 till date the problem is not yet solved and there is no respone from technical team.Regarding the same problem i had words with Nodal officer on last of Feb, But from his side olso there is no respone.Previously i was getting full network coverage in my billing address but now iam not getting even single bar of network in my billing address.As the primary need of any telecommunication service provider should be network,if service providers network is fine then they should provide all other facilities.
But now a days from my point of view Airtel is no more a good service provider.It has forget to provide network and apart from that they are busy in other services.
If this is airtel service then i am sorry to say that airtel is now worst.
Kindly solve the network problem as soon as possible.

There is a unique problem in network in Towers of Airtel Mobile Network in HEBRI, SHIVAPURA, PERDOOR, AJEKAR & few more surrounding places.

Once we have finished a call, a notification regarding balance pops up in the screen, & if we make any call with in next 30 seconds the call becomes ONE WAY, we are not able to communicate.

The officials of airtel know this problem, but deliberately ignoring this for more than one year. As a customers of AIRTEL we are losing our currency & more importantly we simply CANNOT make call immediately after one call, is just DISGUSTING.

I even thought of changing the company, but the number would also change, hence i am still waiting for AIRTEL to either rectify the problem of TRAI to introduce the plan of changing the mobile company without changing the number.

I am Chandra.S working in Mahindra Engineering Services, We are facing Airtel Network Problem in our office from past one year. We get Signals at only certain area in our office. We are not able to make any phone calls when required because of this.Around 100 o[censored]s are using airtel network in our office. I have complained 3,4 times and still not rectified, Though they take the complaint in 121 service, they have not rectified,they tell they have added bosster but we still face the same problem. few of our friends have already changed to Vodafone.

I stay in Vijay Nagar scheme no.74 area and there Signal is not enough to get a call.There is lot of voice breaking & call drop problems during a call.
I had called so many times to Customer care but no action has been taken yet.
Please help me in getting proper action to resolve the issue.

This is for your information till now i have not recieved any of the calls from Airtel regarding this complaint.
I feel none of them are attending to resolve this issue, please let me know will this issue be solved or not?
If yes let me know when? or let me know if where exactly i have to register this complaint for proper action.

My mobile no [protected] was charged with Rc 42 on 25.08.2010 at 09.59 a.m vide trans id no[protected] for reducing my roaming std charges but till date it has not been effected I am being charged normal tariff. Please help
i have been using my airtel no.[protected] since 2001 at that time it was prepaid i converted it into postpaid then in the month of august2010 i again onverted the same into prepaid. i am facing network problem since 2003 no positive response given by the company today on the day of 31st august i complained about to same at around 5.30 p.m. MR> VINASH ATTENDED MY CALL HE SAID HE IS SENIOR SUPERVISOR AND HE MISBEHAVED AND SAID SAID AIRTEL COMPANY CANNOT SOLVE YOU PROBLEM IT IS INCURaBLE THEN I FORCED HIM TO REGISTER ITs REGISTRATION NO> IS COUTL[protected] please get it solved well and do something for worst behaviour of that person.

im living in pondicherry state. im using airtel sim .in our area (Periya kalapet ) the airtel tower had so many problems . the network signal will be full, but we cant able to call anybody. i am complaining it to the 198 for last 7 months . even my friends also complained for more than 45 times . no response from their side. due to the improper network i got so many personal problems and financial loss also. i have complaint it to all the airtel complaint office. even i have complained to nodel officer also .,but no use. Here after i dont know where to complaint about this.
Pls help me sa much as possible pls

We have complaint so many times to Airtel customer services about our network problem in our house 1183/13 Govind puri , kalkaji , new Delhi. But there have been no feed back or solution regarding our problem. Every time they say that we will reach u in 5 days or 10 days but no result is comming out of this. I think Airtel is big company now and they do not need any more customers with them. The people sitting in Airtel customer services are use less. We are facing this problem from 3 months and no solution sad on Airtel. I hv got about 8 connections in my house and still they don't have any solution don't know how they work. Please try to help us as we without phones we are facing Many problems b

i hve switched from vodafone to airtel because network was my main concern. Earlier the network from airtel ws quiet good. Thats why i took more 4 nos. of airtel. But from the last 7-8 months i m really suffering a big problem. because of network. i hve to keep my cell phone right near my window, whenever i m at home. Complaining to customer care executives is of no use. Everytime i m given dates and told that my problem will be resolved.but to no avail. and from past 3-4 days the network has become horrible means vry horrible.
i cant change my no. as i have given it to lot of people. please help me, m really in a big mess because of this airtel.
its really horrible...before coming out with different net plans the should first check their network is good enough.

i got it working smoothly for 2 days after that it is showing INVALID SIM ...
i really want network on my watch cell phone ..
