Airtel — Network Problem

Though I got your contact number and email I'd before 15 days, I did not approach because I thought that million people are working under you with their heart and soul to give 100% customer satisfaction to retain them and to increase their quantity. But now it's a limit. I was 200% satisfied with services of Airtel but just because my whole family using Airtel. Till last month it was perfect and WOW experience as it was my favorite (Airtel) but later on I started facing problem in my incoming calls. My friends and relatives started telling me that my number is not reachable etc. Sometimes it was reachable but most of the times not. When I tried to call, it was totally silent after sometime the call was disconnected. I immediately logged a complain and got prompt response with the diplomatic answer that “Sir, your problem has been resolved." But again the problem was same. Again I logged complain and response was same but without the solution and they(Executives) were keep irritating me by saying that from our side there is no issue and instructed me to change the phone or to change the sim card from phone. First I changed my sim card to another phone but the problem was same then I followed their instructions and changed my phone (nokia 3110c to spice qt 53) and put another Airtel sim in my phone too, but problem was same with old number and new one was working perfectly at same location and in same pocket. NOW I PUCHASED A NEW PHONE (NOKIA C2-00) DUE TO YOUR NETWORK PROBLEM BUT STILL PROBLEM IS SAME.

In my third or fourth complain, your excutive called me and asked about the problem in brief. I explained everything then he politely said "Sir, I'll trace your number for 2-3 days, please co-operate." I said no issues wherein I have to spent 10-12 ours at my work place, I allowed him to call me any time 24*7. He was keep calling me and when my number was not reachable, he was giving me. On second day he instructed me to exchange the phone and sim and did the same and he found that there is no issue with the phone, as my second number was working perfectly in both of them. He requested me to co-operate one more day and promised me that there might be problem with network so I'll ask my field officer to visit at your location. Till now I am waiting for his calls....huh. He left everything in air and I was again.......... From my end I have done everything to support airtel but I don't think it will work anymore. I am about to complete my journey of 6 months with Airtel in Uttar Pradesh (Basically I am from Rajasthan my rajasthan Airtel number is still working properly on same location and same pocket in same mobile) and planning to change (portability) because that will be the best IDEA TO CHANGE MY LIFE & CONNECTING PEOPLE. As the company is expanding, the customer service is getting hampered. You guys are unable to provide them satisfactory services. Yes I know that you are the head o[censored]P West, so I'll wait for few more days. If I get solution....... Otherwise it's a TURN OFF.

Its been 1 month i have shifted to new locality in warje opposite garden city.
i am facing a range problem.
i have to literally keep my phone in window whole day to attend any call, even if i move one step away from window network gets disconnected.
i have tried putting card in other mobile but the problem persists.
Please help...

From last 2 months I am staying in a area called Magarpatta in Pune. The moment I shifted to this place I am facing a problem of Airtel Network. I am not able to talk here just because of the network problem. The place I am leaving, is not outside of Pune. It is one of the most renowned place of pune. But still I am facing a problem here.

I logged 3 complains regarding this, but all the time I get only 7 days time to rectify this, but the problem presist. and If I call customer care, then I come to know that my complaint gets closed. I just don't know how that complaint gets closed without my confirmation.

I am felling frustrated just because of this airtel service.

I USE AIRTEL NETWORK LAST 6 YEARS. NOW THE NETWORK IS VERY BAD,AND AS WITH AIRTEL CONNECTION LOT OF PROBLEMS I AM FACING NO NETWORK INSIDE MY HOUSE, IF I GET CALL THE VOICE IS NOT CLEAR AND I HAVE TO COME OUT OF MY HOUSE TO GET CLEAR VOICE. Am using Airtel network for the past 3 years, i have not experienced any network problems before.I have also suggested many of them to use Airtel. But now before 1 month the problem has started. am not at all getting tower in and around my home/flat(tambaram).
i have to run out of my home to reach the tower. I have complained about this to customer care but no action still. even 50 - 60 members in my flat experiencing the same.plz do the needful else we might be forced to migrate from Airtel/ you will loose a loyal customer/customers.kindly take action.

i have 2no.s of airtel & i am very sorry to say that co. of such a rapport is not able to provide a quality service,i am facing a severe network problem in my house,which is located in virender nagar,jailroad,new delhi-58.ph.no.s:[protected],[protected].Though

I am sushovan from Boinchberia.The service provider signal of airtel is very bad.There are 3 provider tower within 3 km circle from our village.We complaint to the AIRTEL,But they takes no necessary steps to solve the problem. Now they do nothing.Plzzz Do something to solve the problem.

we are facing network problem form last 2 years, we are using 10 airtel connections in my family i complaint a lot in airtel customer care but dnt get any reply

Airtel — always problem with network

i m Dinesh.. i m using my airtel mobile connection for the past 5years.. nowadays, i have lot of problem with airtel network.. i.e, number not reachable or please check the number or number does not exist or number not in use.. this are all the complaints i m facing with my airtel number...

I stay at kalbadevi(Mumbai) i have i have two flats. One is at the place where the mobile number is registered and other is at (Cannot mention i have mailed). and i need to complain that the network coverage here is too low(at second address). I have these numbers [protected](Other numbers Cannot mention i have mailed). If i want to talk then i need to go at balcony and then hardly able to get network coverage. Because of this people in our building have stopped using airtel. Can you check the network settings at our building?
its because there are 20 flats in building and in that 12 are offices in 8 flats people stay (Identically there are 6 buildings). So you can understand business loss for you. I have already disconnected [protected].Further and stopped using (Other number). If problem persist same then i would disconnect it one by one.
I can give some very good customers who have stopped using Airtel because of network coverage in our building.

Trust me we feel Airtel is NOWHERE in our building

Landmark for the above mentioned building: Near M.J. Market.

Hope you understand my concern and business loss for you and make a checkup of network coverage.
