Airtel — New Connection-Installation not done.. | |||
I have bought a new Airtel DTH Connection thru online (airtel.in) on 16.06.2012 and made payment thru IVR receipt/ref no is 20209351. Still now there is no proper response from Airtel and installation not done. If i contact them thru available resource, the response is as follow Email Reply. [protected] "your concern has been noted and our team is working on a resolution. At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience faced by you." Phone Reply [protected] You concern forwarded to sales/marking team, they will contact you with 3hr/2hr/1hr..(Which Decade/year/month---i don't know).
