[Resolved]  Airtel — No network

Dear sir/mam
Mera naam kewal kumar hai aur main distt. Kathua se hoon..hamare area mein 6 month se airtel ka network nhi aa rha ..maine kafi complain ki per koi solution nhi nikla...jab bhi complain hoti 10 din ka time diya jata hai aur fir cc call karke bol dete hai ki aapki complain resolve ho chuki hai koi network nhi aa rha..plz sir hamare area mein pehle GALAK naam ke tower se full signal aate the plz sir is tower ko check kiya jaye to shayad hamari problem ka koi solution nikle ..thank you sir

I am no getting calls, when some one try to call me they hear the message like "the person you are trying to call is either switched off or out of calling area"even though i have full signal in my mobile .and i am unable to do out going calls too, and i gave a complaint to the customercare regarding the problem they told me that the problem will be solved with in 48 hours, i have given the complaint one week back till now the problem is not solved

Airtel — No Network in Andheri/Sakinaka

Since 3-4 hours there is no Airtel network in Andheri East Sakinaka.

Are Airtel authorities looking at this?

Its just that the airtel network is down since today morning and surprisingly even the airtel helpdesk is not aware of the problem and also nothing is posted on the website. i think we do have the right to know the reason for the breakdown in services. after going thru the internet, I have come to know its due to a fire at Lower Parel in the office premises...Now come on Airtel, , , , dont you even have a backup in place of such a disaster and you seem to boast of being one of the largest cell phone operators in India. Shri Sunil Mittal... are you listening ?

since last three days i dont have network in my cell. whem i spoke to ur customer service they informed us the network will be ok by tomorrow 24/7/08 (10.00 hrs). but since morning i m not able to make any calls from my cell and also not receiving an calls.

Myself Tarun Nandu an Airtel Subscriber from past 4 years, My no. is [protected].From past 4 days myself and my 35 friends who also holds an airtel card are suffering from network problem in Thane.
Looking at the situation and calling 100 times to 121, we have decided that tommorow we will be switching over to Vodafone.
The reason behind changing the network is, we all get network in western suburbs, but not in thane.Many people do get the network in my locality, then why we are been differentiated.
Please reply us as soon as possible.We will hear to your concern till today evening.Tommorow we will be switching over to Vodafone.

Since last one and half month i am compalining about the network faced by me and many others in myn area.
Mumbai, Sakinaka khairani road, at many places on this strech there is total no servive on the mobile, afetr this airtel customer care says that there is rpoblem in my mobile or sim, i asked how it is possible when the mobile is working in all the other places of the country with same sim and mobile, how in only one place i am facing this, also an customer executive once told me that if 100 people are facing the same problem all of you will have to go to ARC, and instead we cant come at your place.

Since, the airtel network infrastructure burned down in July 2008, its network coverage has seriously diminished. Especially in Anushakti Nagar-Mumbai where from about 40000 residents, 12000 have an airtel connection. Absoloutely no network coverage in the whole of the colony, leave homes where the network is absolutely zilch, also in open spaces, and you need to run here and there to get a single inkling of overage. Many have started shifting base to odafone as it gives better coverage atleast. Airtel wake up before you lose your customer base and start working on your coverage in mumbai especially Anushakti Nagar

This is Dheeraj want to let you know about my big problem. I'm really very fed up with my Airtel Prepaid connection because in my home I never find the Network and sometimes luckily it rings at home but can't hear any type of voice from caller, then go outside the house and call back to the caller. We Wish To Draw Your Kind Attention To The Followings:
1. Earlier we were having our office at A-451, Ground Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi-110 024 and later on shifted to 509, Kucha Pati Ram, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-110 006 and since then we have the connectivity problem of your connections.

2. We have lodged the connectivity problem at Ground floor of 509, Kucha Pati Ram Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-110 006 area for connections vide complaint No. 18466634 dated 22.09.2008 and[protected] dated 30.09.2008. .

3. Later on your representative had visited the place and also noticed the same problem.

4. He left with an assurance that the problem will be sorted out very shortly. But we regret to write that up to now the same problem exist.

HI.. I AM USING AIRTEL FROM PAST TWO YEARS.. IT GIVES GOOD PACKS.. AND GOOD RATES..
WHEN I AM AT HOME.. THE NEETWORK IS FULL.
BUT WHEREI WORK THAT IS THE MAGARPATTA CITY IN HADAPSAR PUNE..
THERE IS NO NETWORK AT ALL.

CANT AIRTEL PUT A TOWER FOR MAGARPATTA CITY..

i am facing network problem from last 6 months i stay in sahakaranagar in bangalore, i have complaind the customer care but there is no solution on this so i decided to stop paying my mobile bill, i have told the collecting agent that i will not pay till my problem is resolved .

Now they have barred my out going call, when called the customer care they told me that coplaint is open still and it will be rectified soon.

is that i have to wait till they recitify the network issue at there convience, pls help me to sought this issue

I am an Airtel Kerala user from past 5 years, but there is no network in my home place PALLATHOOR just 3 kms distance by road from ADOOR where there is a tower in kasaragod district.
I am requesting the service provider to expand the network so that number of customers get satisfied.

Airtel Prepaid — call drops, network absent

i am a customer of airtel mobile campus card no.[protected] from sept 2008. from last two three months network in akot (dist. akola, maharashtra) town goes down . when we make o/g calls it takes long time to connect other no. also ratio of call drops is about 60 to 70% daily. we are make several calls to same no. insted of single calls. also network coverage goes down 20 to 30 times in a days. ccc never replies satiafactorely. your network team does not respond properly

My mobile no. is [protected]. My office is situated at k. 37/32, katra malviya ji, golghar, maidagin, varanasi. At that premise my mobile is fail to catch the airtel network. I have already complained to customer care executives regarding this network problem but there were no responses.
if I would not get appropriate responce, I will go to higher authority. I hope you do needful.

Our Airtel range problem still not resolved by your technical people at our office in the Heart of the city ( MAMANGALAM)?? What a poor service!!! How can you expect this much tolerance from a customer for long period? If you can’t do anything, can you please inform the mail id of your Kerala Head? It’s more better for you to keep this complaints aside.
