[Resolved] Airtel — not activate my cell phone for this company airtel | |||||
Dear sir / madam 15 day’s ago i port my mobile no. [protected] form vodafone to airtel along with 6 other numbers with the Name o[censored]nimax Marketing , A-25/5 Himgiri Enclave, Sant Nagar Burari, Delhi-84. All other numbers are activate in airtel, but my Mobile Number ( [protected]) is not activate till now. Last few days I reguler called your customer care No. 121, they always say within 24 hour your number is start. You better now that how can a person live without cell phone. You know my bussiness is suffering in a big problem. It’s a request to you please activate my mobile number a urgent basic as well as possible. AirTel — non activation of cellphone
I want to activate my mobile Number - [protected]. since last 3 months i didn't recharge my mobile due to I am in Mumbai. I had called a customer care in lucknow he said to visit the airtel gallery in uttar pradesh to activate the mobile, which is impossible to visit the gallery. please look into the matter and provide a good service.Airtel Mobile — YET TO ACTIVATE
Sir i have purchased a mobile phone from PLANET M RETAIL LTD 17/9 YUSUF SARAI MAIN MARKET NEW DELHI vide their invoice no 450 dated[protected] with AIRTEL CONNECTION. My phone No. is [protected] (prepaid). I am sorry to informed to you that my phone has not yet activated, wherwas i have given all the required documents to the shop keeper. After enquiry from the shop from where i have purchased the phone and AIRTEL NUMBER i have told they have forwared all the documents to you for activating the phone number. You are requested to please activate my phone at your earliest please. Respected Sir/Madam,
It is to inform u that I have taken a new connection white Sl No.[protected] under new sim No.[protected] on Dt.[protected] from Muskan Gift Gallary, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. After submission of necessary required documents.
You will surprise to learn that my mobile was activated on[protected] in afternoon after so many calls to Air Tel customer care service. Therefore due to delay in service provide I have incurred a heavy financial loss. Today they send me message to stop activation of my mobile phone and demanding for document which I have submitted to the dealer.
Please look in to the matter and take necessary step to avoid such harassment to the customer.

I have recharged with Rs. 50/- night pack on 10.06.2008 the pack is not working properly. I have tried to communicate with customer care executive but my customer care services was blocked and lastly i have sent several messages to 121 but till date no solution have done.Thenafter I consulted with a retailer and he has also called to 121 they reply that my no.[protected] have local call balance is remain but is not true. Sir it istherefore requested kindly solved the matter & give the instruction to do not harass the customer.

HiI got a prepaid connection Mobile No.[protected] from a dealer after filling out all the required forms and submitting all the proofs.They said that it will be activated with in 24 hours.But they didn't activate till now.I went again and they told me to submit all the papers to Airtel office directly.Then I have submitted all the proofs again to the Airtel Office and they have not yet connected my connection.I am extreamly upset about that matter.I have seen the worst customer service as well as the irresponsible service ever from airtel. There is no coordination even among the customer care reply and showroom people's reply.Please look into the matter.

but u say u can not submitted id so i submitted the second id & address proof
but u diconect my nomber

before three months indian govt banned prepaid in j&k.But now prepaid has been relaunched in j&k.all customers in j&k have to reactivate their prepaid connection by submitting proper documents....
Sir i had already submitted my documents on[protected]....but my number is still pending and not activated..I visted airtel showroom many times but they are not responding...Sir i also called airtel call center,but no response from their also...Sir even i called airtel authority in j&k.they also are not responding..Sir i am requesting you please and please solve my problem..Sir my alternate number is [protected].....

AirTel — PLEASE START MY MOBILE SERVICE
Sir ,I prem kumar verma mobile No.[protected] using your service from 12/02/2010 continuously ,now on 25/03/2010 from your office mobile service is stopped ,so I contacted to airtel mobile gallery Mulunld ,there customer care executive tell me your mobile registration has been failed so i cannot help you .
In my mobile account balance is about Rs.93 and GPRS unlimited 2 GB for 30 days is continues.
Sir, I received a message in my mobile for submitting documents but I was in roaming due to this I was unable to submit necessary documents in proper time.
Therefore I request you please start my service I am ready to submit necessary documents.

mobile phone — Non-activation
I have purchased a new set from your Srinagar outlet in Bangalore on 15.03.2008. I have been contacting the outlet on mobile number [protected] and [protected]. but I have not getting any results with regard to activation of the set with mobile number[protected]. I am getting casual and careless response inspite of my contacting them number of times in a day since 15 March 2008. I am submitting a SMS received from your outlet which reads as under"Call me later, am with a customer, Dheeraj V W Devagiri" dated 25.03.08, time 13.32.59hrs. Today when I contacted them he is demanding for new set of documents like Id proof, photo and residence proof. I do not know why this demand is made after a lapse of 15 days.
