NOT RESPONDING ON CONTACT

DEAR SIR,
MY contact no is 8171684482 . last two months my active services stopped to know about problems i call up customer care services. They deducted CALL charges , then disconnect the call , many times special offers ,new available schemes messages ,flash messages came of on my mobile but i cant gain benifit of that offer.on recharging ammount according to offer
so kindly help me , i also want a claim on the service provider.
