Airtel — de active the no (which use last 10 yrs) | |||
Respected Sir , My self is chaman lal S/o Vijay Kumar R/o Nurmahal (Jal ) i am Chartered Accoutant . My practice is fully depand upon my tel number . I had been airtel number is [protected]( Sim No[protected] use last ten year . it was post post . i each time said to air tel company by bill was excessive as compare my usage but they did not gave any response . so thought to convert this number to pre paid from post paid . i made and filed the request form at Venus Telecom ,Phagwara on 9.08.2011 after clear all the bill. i given on photo and copy of passport as id proof .they said it will active with in two days .but i did not actived . after a few days when i again apporached to Venus Telecom ,Phagwara they said your id proof not accepted bacuause of your photo was scaned . then i showed my original passport to the officer ,he made the copy himself and gave the promise to me it will active within two days .But till the date my number is not active . these day is fully rash day for our profession . i many time requested the office please active the my number ,i just covert the no to pre paid from post paid . but they does not give any respone to me i request to enter the complaint against air tel and Venus Telecom phagwara .
