Airtel — overcharge and more ID proof submission

on July 29th I had take a duplicate Airtel sim from chembumukku Airtel relationship center, Kochi, Kerala. They told that according to airtel's new policy, for taking duplicate sim they need two photographs and two ID proof. I argued, but they told that is mandatory for taking duplicate sims not for new sims. and they billed Rs: 150 for duplicate sim.Later I enquired to the customer care, they told that need only one ID proof and 25 rupees. then I complained up to nodel officer about this issue, but no response, no enquiry, no answer. And Airtel blocked my call to customercare too. What a fraud company this? I am going to Port my number. Somebody will value this complaint.
