Airtel — Pathetic behavior from the agent | |||
My customer enrollment form no. for broadband connection is 565388. The name of agent I was communicating to was Naveen and his number was [protected]. I have had the worst experience dealing with this agent. I had requested for the broadband connection and he had take a sum of Rs. 1150 on 17th August 2012. He had assured the connection to be made by 23rd of August but it never happened and on calling him he would speak rudely and in pathetic manner. He also threatened me that he would cancel the request and eventually he did that. Now get to know that airtle has cancelled my request without any explanation or notice to me. In my apartment there are already 2 airtel connections existing. They also haven't refunded me the money and the agent never responds to my calls. If this is the stupid service that airtel can provide me where some lame agent can cancel my request on personal grudges, I would like to file a complaint against them.
