[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid Bill — details of bill

My Mobile No. is [protected] I have made few request to Airtel regarding Postpaid rules which is still pending

1) I want to see the bill for the whole year on net but they provide just for last three month.
2) I asked for itemised bill for roaming but they asked for charges of 75/- per bill.
3) I asked them for duplicate bill for the month of July, August, Sept but still they haven't.
4) I aslo want see the itemised call charges for unbilled amount on net.
5) They even charged for bill plan changed as advance rental which is not mentioned anywhere.when asked about they says that its their policy or rules
6) They don't even give their identity from where they've call.

I had mail a complaint to airtel on [protected]@airtelindia.com regarding matter on 2nd, 7th & 12th March all three time they replied with mail on 2nd March and said they'll attend my complain within 48 hrs, but they haven't.

I want details of bill nos. [protected] & [protected] for the previous year. These may be made available on mail at the earliest - hard copy is not a compulsion since these are required urgently & were earlier made available but since the last year we have not received these details which is making accounting of our staff personal calls untraceable thus causing us a loss. We have nos in series from [protected] - [protected] and if we do not get the details we shall be forced to discontinue your services.
