[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid Bill — Wrong account summary of Airtel bill no[protected] Dated 13.12.2010 | |||
I have postpaid Airtel mobile phone (no.[protected]) connection.I normally clear my airtel mobile bill (month-wise) well in due date. Accordingly, against Airtel Bill Number[protected] Dated 13/11/2010 my payable amount was Rs.234.81 & corresponding due date was 01.12. 2010, I paid Rs.234/- on 22.11.2010 (i.e well witihin due date). To my utter surprise I found, Airtel, in Bill no.[protected] Dated 13.12.2010, is asking for Rs.234.81 as previous balance & payments made - Rs.129/- ,and for Bill period (11 Nov. 2010 to 10.Dec.2010) charges is Rs.230.53 (against which I have paid Rs.230/- on 20. 12 .2010) . I have all the previous Airtel bill records which show that I have regulerly cleared my bill amounts. So Airtel should amend their mistake in the next bill. Was this information helpful? | |||
