[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Decreased credit limit without any intimation

I don't have any word for BAD Customer services provided by Airtel.
First they have decreased credit limit of my number without any intimation and then every month abruplty closes outgoing on my number saying that you have exceeded the credit limit. I know on average my monthly usage is more than 1500rs therefore whenI have taken connection that time I checked about credit limit and it was more than 3000rs but now they reduced to 1500rs only.
Also they are saying that during their provided facility mCheck and Online payment they got a fraud. But when I have asked about fraud details then no details. I am paying my bill every month before due date even its around 4000 or 2000rs.
My concern is that why are they providing mcheck and online facility if they can not handle it properly. Can you please ask them to close this facility...so that we won't get this kind of issue.
Even when I have called customer care executive and informed that if you can not provide information then I will go to Consumer Court then they told ok no problem.
