I had been using airtel postpaid number for around 18months, after that it is found to be very costly for whatever calls made from airtel postpaid number. Hence two months back I put a request to close my airtel postpaid number through online facility. Their customer care people also called me for the closure of the card, I also reconfirmed to close the number but when I go the airtel online page my number is still active. They are not closing it at all, also they are not sending the bill to me. Very very poor service but heavily costly for any kind of usage.

Horrible telecom company.
