Airtel Postpaid — over billing | |||
i have a airtel no [protected] in name of gautam dhir 0n 11/06/11 i request for activate 3g plan on my no of in which 100 mb free and customer care executive ask me it activate successfully ok then i used plan after 20th after two days on 22 th i received a message which indicate my net outstanding balance of 1300 rs next day i receive a message for same of rs 1700 rs i call numerous time to customer care executive for complaint for three days always he/she asked that system on up gradation after two or three days when i talk to customer care they people asked to talk on 9/7/11 when your billed generated bcoz discount gives on you on final billed after this i call again next day for same they asked me that you are not using any 3g plan you have charged 30p/20kb after this i close my all services but on 28 th they started my 3g services on request of which i request on 11/6/11 after this i also cancelled same and ask for disconnect my connection or portable to another service provider but they refuse and asked for talk on 9/7/11 . i call on 9/7/11 to call center for my billing and what outstanding of my no now he asked that your billed generated on 9/09/11 after three months and give me detail o[censored]nbilled of around rs 2100 as per my plan my bill comes around 300-400 only/hardly bcoz i have another number for calling and one more thing my credit limit is rs 1200 only .i think airtel comes in loss and they make a plan for fraud with customer to bear losses completely fraud company. kindly look into this matter . mr. bharti mittal Was this information helpful? | |||
