[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — DIDN'T GET MY REFUND | |||
I APPLIED FOR CONVERSION OF MY [protected] AIRTEL PREPAID TO AIRTEL POSTPAID AND PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS. 300 TO THE AIRTEL REPRESENTATIVE. THEY TOOK MY PROOFS AS REQUIRED AND TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS NOW AFTER 2 DAYS I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THAT IT HAD NOT GOT CONVERTED TILL NOW THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT AGAIN FOR 3 DAYS. AFTER 3 DAYS WHEN I AGAIN TRIED TO CALL THEM THEY DIDN'T PICKED UP MY CALL AFTER 2-3 DAYS I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY REQUEST FOR POSTPAID CONNECTION CAN NOT BE PROCESSED. SO I AGAIN CALLED THEM FOR REFUND OF MY PAID MONEY THEY DIDN'T PICKED UP THE CALL AND EVEN THE AIRTEL COSTUMER CARE PEOPLE ARE NOT HELPING ME OUT AND MY 300 RUPEES IS IN DARK. I HAVE THE RECEIPT OF THE PAID MONEY ON THEIR COMPANY'S RECEIPT PAPER.......WHAT SHOULD I DO..?? Was this information helpful? | |||
