I have postpaid mobile connection no. is 9967014044, I had regularly paid bill for the mentioned no. by doing SMS to 121 for bill then I paid the same amount. I had asked for bill statement to send it on my Res. address But no action was took I don't know why?
But Now from last 2-3 months I got more than Rs. 900.00 bill for every month and my use of mobile is not much more because this no. comes under Reliance Corporate Plan.
I had visited AIRTEL Gallery at Kalyan to launch the complaint regarding to this but in-vain.
I request you pl personly look into this and I will not pay 1Rs. till I will get the bill statement.
I talk every day to Customer care no. but still i did not get any bill statement.
Hopes you help me in this regards.
