[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Postpaid bill for wrong bill crate

Our company name is Gayatri timber mart.My Airtel Mobile number is [protected].I have started 500 local airtel to airtel sms schem,10% discount on plan Etc offer are given by customer operator and i have proof of this facility started by customer operator and he gives this offer for life time but in bill no any offer amount deducted. company charged full bill so i need help for this complaint .My number is [protected] & iMy email ID is [protected]@gmail.com So pls inform me and give me suggestion pls..........
