[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid - Bikini Richalert — Bikini Rich alert - balance deduction problem

I am getting message from 10 days from 54321 saying - "You have been renewed for Bikinichartalert-3day free subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Re1.
from 54321.
This message comes everyday and re.1gets deducted from my account.
OPTIONS TRIED -
I tried to stop it by calling customer care.....I got messages from 1210 saying....
"Your request corresponding to Comedy junction could not be processed. Please try after some time"

I have also tried with the options from AIRTEL website to unsubscribe the automatically renewing subscription.. using UNSUB <SERVICE NAME> to 54321... as a reply to this...
I recieved a message that - your comedy junction service has been stopped. If you want to laugh anytime call[protected] or simply SMS START TO 121.. charges RS 15 for 30 days...
THIS WAS DONE.. AND I WAS HAPPY THAT SERVICE IS STOPPED... BUT THE NEXT DAY AGAIN I HAD GOT THE SAME MESSAGE FROM 54321 WITH RE.1 DEDUCTION...

I also tried to send STOP to 121.... and got the message-
Kindly note there are no services active on your Airtel number. To START a service sms "START" to 121.

As per the Airtel message there is no activated service.. and daily as per the Bikinirichalert message my balance is getting deducted....
This is like a virus....for Prepaid....customers... without the permission.. or wish request... THE COMPANY is cheating the customers... This way no one will go for AIRTEL PREPAID...
I have seen many compliants with the same problem....
AIRTEL IS NOT DOING ANYTHING... ABOUT THIS SERIOUS PROBLEM
THIS IS NOT A WAY TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS

WAITING FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION ABOUT THIS...

Hi folks
even i am getting the same message and Rs. 1 is being deducted everyday from my balance..
i tried sending STOP to 121 but found that another service for jokes was activated on my number..
i stopped it but cant stop this bikini alert service.
i suggest u guys send a mail to the nodal office just like i did..
if they get the same complaint from a number o[censored]sers maybe they'll act..

send ur mail to

with the subject
Request for Deactivation of Service (ur airtel number).

n tell them the whole thing..
even i've sent them n email n hour back..
u guys try it too..

flood them with complaints and only then will those fools act..

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING BIKINIRICHALERT FROM 54321 SINCE 19/09/2009 ON MY CELL NO.[protected].I ALSO RECEIVE ANOTHER MSG FROM 57007,BOTH THESE MSGS R INTERCONNECTED.I HAVE NOT ASKED FOR ANY SUCH ALERTS.EVERYDAY RS.1/- IS BEING CHARGED TO MY PREPAID CARD.I HAVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY VISITING AIRTEL GALLERY AT THAKUR VILLAGE FROM 19/09/09.I HAD BEEN GIVEN ASSURANCES THAT THE ALERT WILL STOP WITHIN 24 HRS,BUT IT STILL CONTINUES.I ALSO SPOKE ON 121 TO MR RAHUL, MS.JYOTI.THEY ALSO ASSURED ME BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.I WAS ASKED TO SEND MSG 'LIVEDEACT' TO 222 FOR WHICH I RECD REPLY' NO KEYWORD FOUND'.AS OF NOW EVERYDAY MY A/C IS CHARGED WITH RS1/-.KINDLY REFUND THE AMT WRONGLY CHARGED AND IMMEDIATELY STOP THE BIKINIRICHALERTS ON MY CELL.[protected]

Airtel Prepaid — Getting bikini rich alert on my phone everyday

I am getting this bikinirich alert everyday in my mobile from last 30-40 days.I didn't subscribe this service and neither do i know what this alert is for.every day i am charged re1 so far.I have tried the customer service number and even i tried to unsubsribe by making my phone balance 0.I would like to unsubscribe from this service immediately, my mobile number is +91 [protected].i have lost enough of my money in this non sensible service.

My name is Chhaya Edul from pune and i am also getting this Bikini alert exact same problem. i keep gettin that msg that you have been renewed and charged one rupee. i keep getting this msg everyday almost and i have not subscribed to anything still.
I am a working and aged lady and dont need to have to also bear this. it disturbs me and very irritating.
I request to please STOP this as soon as possible.
I am getting message from 2 months from 54321 saying - "You have been renewed for weeklysub subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.20.Play Games http://gclub.in from 54321.
my cell no is [protected]. and iam been charged Rs. 100/- per month in my mobile bill extra . do deactivated the sms and help me regarding this .

airtel has not taken any action to this. my parents faced this problem from so long and very unwillingly thely have to change their old numer of airtel and switching to a new one(not airtel ofcourse)
just to let you know Mr. airtel that u will go down too soon too fast i[censored] continue such beautiful service.

Airtel seems to be having a full time 'Dirty tricks Deparment' working 24/7.
They say they have started 'Bikini Alert' or 'Matrimonials' and other assorted rubbish for Rs10 for 10 days and so on. And if I don't wnat I should sms STOP. You reply 'STOP'. They merrily inform you: 'Welcome. The service is started.' You frantically sms 'STOP STOP STOP'. They say they cannot process that. And they start deducting money wuith the regularity of a pendulum clock.
Why should the subscriber be asked to 'STOP' an unsolicited service. If he want he can sms 'START"
I don't know who runs this company but it is a shame that such a 'big' man should stoop to the level of a streetside pickpocket. And they do it better than any Fagin or the Artful Dodger.
It is like stealing candy from a child.
But at the end of the day I can't understand why I stayed with Airtel for as long as I did.
I have just given them the boot and switched to another service.. And for now 'Aall is well!'
Even i have the same problem. I am loosing money for a cheap service of this kind for no mistake of mine. I do not know what to do ?

I have decided to change my connection to some other provider...
Airtel is just too menacing...
The Bikini alert stuff is day light robbery!

I would like to know if there is any remedy for this.

But my suggestion would be to get a decent connection from any other company where u do not get bikini alerts.

I have a airtel prepaid No [protected]. for last 6month Rs.3/day have been deducted for Bikini Rich alert subscription . I had tried all means to discontinue this service, but company is not responding .
