[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — not able to send sms

dear sir,
my airtel prepaid no is [protected]. i have not been able to send sms from this no for the past three months.however i am able 2 receive sms.i hav tried to contact ur customer service but to no avail. may i request you to please look into this matter.

Airtel prepaid mobile service — Network

When rain come network nil, away 1km from tower network their nil, everyday network gone for 5min., voice not hear clearly. towername-salbari1(jurapani)3

Airtel Prepaid — commenced facility not given

Dear Sir,

I have airtel prepaid connection and number is [protected].I buy this number 0ne year ago in friends pack scheme.in this pack it is facility that you can join any group of airtel pack minimum 2 and maximum 5 members allowed and you got 1o paisa calling rate.but i unable to join any group of friends pack.I contancted many times to customer care for this compliant but they are not responded me. on 10th may 2009 i reapetedly call to customer care for this compliant there executive said me that they will solve my problem in 3 working days and they will call me afte that.before that they will said me that you have no sufficient balance in your account hence recharge you account with minimum 30 rs.hence i recharged my account with 50 rs.then after i called once again to customer care but their executive now told me that we offer you another facility but when i asked about my comlaint status they said your problemis not solved yet.When i said that I am now going to compaint against you they said "jo apako accha lge woh kijiye.This way to talk to customer creates very harsh and bad goodwill to comany.but they are unable to understand theses things.my compaint number is [protected] dt 10th May 2009.please give me favour.
I'm a cust of Airtel chennai and used to be at my native thakkolam, located nearby arakonam during the weekends. for the past two days there is no network and tried 'n' number of times to reach the airetl complaint session to register this issue 'NETWORK DOWN'. but, i could not do so...

can anyone of from airtel can look into this or give the proper contact number to register?

Airtel — Message service failure

I am not able to send any message as well as receive any message from any mobile. This problem is from last 2 and half months. I called customer care for almost 10 to 15 times but every time they are not able to solve this problem. I logged 2 to 3 complaints to custpmer care. Also i visited nearest Airtel care center but they responded me very rudely and not solved this problem.

from one week i m facing problems with SMS sendings.
my messages are not sent from my mobile phone though having sufficient balance.
i contact to customer care service but it seemed they could not sought out my problem.

AIRTEL PREPAID LIFETIME CONNECTION — VERY POOR SERVICE OF AIRTEL

I have taken a new AIRTEL prepaid lifetime SIM on[protected] & then i recharge with Rs.498/- for unlimited internet.Then customer care persons told me that within 48hrs you can access it.but i failed more funny thing that i am calling 12118 number, automatically it diverted to 121 & customer care persons harass me & can't beleive me, lastly cut the phone.They are telling that my handset(N72) is not updated to them.
so i cant get the MOBILE OFFICE settings for using internet.
AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE PERSON'S BEHAVIOUR ARE VERY VERY BAD & AIRTEL SERVICE IS MORE BAD.
AFTER 3TIMES CALLING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE NO CONNECTION TO SERVICE CENTRE WITHIN 24hrs.
PLEASE HELP ME.

i am unable to recieve the text messages from abroad canada..
and even from local numbers on my cell..

i tried to contact the customer services regarding this but failed..

Airtel Prepaid — BAD NETWORK AND LACK OF SERVICE ASSISTANCE

Dear concerned,
i am a airtel prepaid user from last 3yrs.. i have not been dissapointed by service of airtel this long.
but recently few problems have started to crop up ie:
1) bad network (i think they should increse their towers for proper reception)
2) distribution of my no to various irritating companies for schemes and offers(customer number should not be given to any one for schems and various other irritating database collectors)
3) very dissappointing feedback from the customer care executives.( customer care executives talk rubbish and lack knowledge on persisting problems .they speak like robots programmed to say only those things which they are taught. )

i guess something must be done on this regard as airtel is big name ..and lot fo customres rely on it.
The whole reputation of the company has gone down due to above stated problems..and top mostly Airtel should think that they are not the only players in the market ..people can change their mind .

AirTel — Prepaid Sms

I normally recharge for 33 rs sms pack every 10 days. But the last time i did it, something wrong had happened. Airtel started charging me for every message i sent. I called customer care and they were being very inconsiderate with insufficient information also. I need them to refill my account as soon as possible.

My name is Tushar Singh and my no.is [protected]....I have purchased this lifetime prepaid number on 18th july,submitted all my documents and have use it for 2months till 18th of this month.. but suddenly my balance got zero,and after recharging it two times of 30rs each then balance in mobile is showing zero.. neither i am able to receive any calls nor do any calls...whoso ever is dialing my number they hear that this number is switched off or out of coverage area....my no.is also not getting recharge and as i am getting a message while dialing *123# that your balance is zero and this service expires on 13th july 09...
Sir how this could be possible?? i have purchsed sim on 18th july and message reveals that service has already expired..i have lodged my complain too 4days before but nothing has been done in this regard...My request no. is[protected]..
And i am very sorry to say that from last 5days i have been talking to 3 or 4 customer care executives of airtel but each and every one disconnects the line after hearing the whole problem...every now and then how many times i will reveal the whole matter... i am really fed up with all these things..
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible...
