Airtel — don't need sms of offers from you
my mobile no.[protected]This is 5th time that i am telling you that i don't need any sms or any call of your offers.Yesterday I have got sms in the night that is @ 1.00am in the night,how can you do this?,can't use your common sense that i could be sleeping,after that sms ring and disturbance I really not slept the whole night.Before also you assured me that there will be no any sms and deduction.Also i didn't got my rs.10/- back in my account which you deducted on 23/01/10 for sms which i have not asked,i am not going to recharge till I assured that the amount is not deducted from my account.please put that in my account.thank you very much.
my no is [protected] i can't send sms to any 1 from my mobile . so pls correct this problem as soon as possible otherwise i wiil change my connection

Dear Sir,My name is Haolun Hangsing from Meghalaya, and I am suscriber of Airtel pre-paid connection with mobile no. [protected]. My SMS has been deactivated by the company without any notice since 27th February, 2010. Whenever, i try to send SMS, I am charged Rs.1 but the SMS is never send/recieved by others. I have contacted the customer care and they assured me a solution but the problem is still not resolved and now, they have stop even responding to my call. So i am writing here to please respond to my my call and resolve my problem at the earliest.

hai my airtel no [protected], in tha last feb 28 i am making outgoing call and sms but not working, and than i will going to nearest airtel showroom but tha problem not solve, more and time complaint to [protected]@ airtel but tha problem not solve please solve my problem. thank you. Airtel — Not able to discuss problem with customer care as they are not picking up my call
For last 2 days i have been trying to speak with the customer care executive regarding my internet issues on my phone but when ever i follow you IVR and press key 9 to speak to the executive you IVR request me to msg airtel and to send it to 121 and the call ends then and there. You people are charging us even if we have problems with you product and even if we calls you we are getting no response . If this is the service you provide to your customers than i don't i should ever think about using airtel the next time. Airtel was never this bad at service as its now.Airtel Sim — messages are not getting sent by this sim

Airtel — msg is not sent
from my mobile number no msg is sent to any no... if i send any msg means is shows the error msg as msg sending failed.... BEST WAY TO EARN MONEY BY SQUEEZE CUSTOMERS BLOOD
My airtel prepaid number is[protected] and I have been facing problem in sending sms from 23 April 2010 till date iv been calling customer service for their assistance but every other day they promise and delay it by taking time sum say 24 hours and sum 48 hours to resolve this problem etc... but it’s been so long I’m still facing the same problem

It is not my signal, I've tried it a lot of places. It's not the person I'm sending to, I've tried several people, and I've tried changing service centre number. Is there a limit on the # of text messages that I don't know of? This would strike me as odd since they make money out off.
