I HAVE A TOP-UP RECHARGE CARD. WHOSE SERIAL NO IS [protected]. IT IS IN PENDING FOR 3 DAYS. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE HELP FOR MY NO. WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE CALL OR TRANSFER TO ANSWERING MACHINE.

PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM...

I have informed the customer care for atlest more then 10times to deactivate the speedflirt service from my no.But they are not taking any necessary steps to solve my problems.I had always been charge 15 INR.evry month for these service, these has been really aheadache fos me.Please help me out soon.

i am hloding airtel at my home at ambala [protected] whenever i ring up from my mobile at orissa )[protected] or [protected], ring is going whenever some body picks it up nothing is heared and balnce is deducted .i approached reliance, they are saying Airtel is having some problem.I can receive calls from Airtel mobile [protected] but cannot talk from my end to that Airtel number at ambala haryana.

this is sachin, my number is [protected].i have activated mobile office and i dint got the service for about 5hours. i was getting like ERROR IN Connection.and i have complained to customer care.they said that IT WILL BE CLEAR within 24 hours. till today i dint got any response from them. and if i call customer care to esquire about this, they will cut my call and they blocked my number from customer care. i lost my money unnecessarily.i need them to pay me my money back which i have lost and along with a considerable penalty.
stupid airtel service.
doing robbery in the name of telecom business.

I activated airtel live on saturday but without downloading anything i was deducted 15 INR.And also iam unable to talk to coustomer care executive.I want to tallk with customer care executive on immidiate basis.

Airtel — Talk Plan not renewed and customer care number not available

Hi,

I am using this to highlight my woes after using Airtel. I am using two prepaid cards from Airtel and I am sick and tired of it. First of all the network is never available. I got a recorded call from Airtel on 5th Aug 09. The call informed about a 27 Rupees easy recharge voucher where i would get a 24 Rupees talk time and could extend the validity by another six months. Unfortunately I am not being charged according to my original plan after the recharge. I am spending 1 Re on every call and on every message i send. Normally I have to pay only 20p for every msg sent and 10p for every call made to any other Airtel MCampus number.

Apart from this the customer care number does not have any option of speaking to a customer care executive, so i had to go to a airtel centre almost 10 km away from my home. Then i called up the hotline from there but the woman on the line refused to budge and help me out till the time i threatened her that i will take this matter to the consumer forum. Then she transferred the line to her supervisor (supposedly) who took the complaint and gave us a complaint number. He told us that my plan will be reverted to me and he will take care o the issue. However, till now the issue has not been resolved and I am still paying abnormal charges.

I cant even call the customer care from my prepaid card as I have mentioned earlier the option to speak to a executive is not available on any customer care numbers like 121, 12131, 123 etc...

i am not able to find out who is sending me sms.when i am calling on this numbers it is coming either as a invalid number or number u r calling is switch off.pls reply me as early as possible.
