Sir' My Airtell prepaid No.[protected] but I have used sparingly. Without doing anything I have found often deduction of Amount Rs. 1/- for SMS. But I have not sent any.Pl. take neccessary urgent action.
with out using any services we are deducting Rs10/- for tendays for 54321 for calling friends special offer

i am airtel prepaid costumer and my no is [protected], my complain is in every therr day five rs. less in my account.eventhen my mobile balance is in mines. and i am allso not able to send message . before i have send complain in airtel prepaid complain in fore time but i dont get replied...

I have informed the customer care for atlest more then 6 times to deactivate the frenzo friend airtel live service my number.but they r not taking any necessary steps so plz solve my problem.i had always been charge 20rup every half month 4 these service.please deactivate this service now. this is my last reference number [protected].

While dialing any number from my wife's mobile[protected] I am costantly getting a warning prior to getting connected that my prepaid connections validity is about to expire hence I may recharge it immediately. The warnings are very irritating.
Despite the fact that I am maintaing sufficient A 2 A as well as the normal balances. And also it is a lifetime validity connection.
Airtel connection is the most frustrating vis a vis talking to a customer care executive is concerned . It feels like one is talking to a wall when the IVRS is connected.
There are certain queries, like the above, that cannot be resolved via the IVRS hence the dire need to talk to a customer care executive is needed.
I think Airtel should make it easier communication as far tougher quaeries need resolution.
I may be contacted on [protected] if anybody from Airtel needs to talk to me.

I was getting job alert sms`s, saying they are free.Then a sms from 5432105 informed that Rs.30/- have been charged & it will keep sending sms for next 30 days.On my enquiry Airtel helpline executive expressed his inability to explain as to why JOB ALERT sms`s were being sent & chrged subsequently.This is absolutely wrong way to increase company`s revenue..I rquest you to stop sending any kind of alerts & REFUND Rs30, deducted from MY A/C FOR JOB ALERTS..My number is [protected].
