All these boosters and offers given by airtel is a total non-sense. They have catch in it. We are at loss guys. The customer care people give irresponsible answers when we ask for clarification. I was using this three months booster for Airtel to Airtel 30p and 100 free sms. Now this Rs64 booster for 1p/1sec seemed to be attractive and I asked for that booster. I was not intimated that I will be charged 50p/sms. So what we gain through calls we lose through sms, and Airtel gains Rs64 or Rs119 depanding upon the stupid boosters. We are paying them extra for nothing. My experience do not take any of the boosters from Airtel.
Guys I want to know whether only Airtel extracts money cunningly or others too? I want to change the service provider.

I'm using this number [protected] MUMBAI from Octuber 2009 Airtel is charging me about 300, some time 20, 40, 140, 120, wtatever they like and want that is a serious issue I'm loosing my money I'm not using GPRS but customer service representative said I used it later on today 8th Nov 2009 I called up customer care number by using postpaid number he said, I didn't used their GPRS service and they are not charging for GPRS service I'm confused I work for international call center don't have time to go to your -- retail outlet to investigate; I have to disconnect the number at last that is all I can do. If you --- Indian company can help me. So I can say yes India is on right track or else Bye Bye Airtel..
When I make call it dosent conect I can hear hadshake of Internet connection noise I try to hang up but I'm not easily then I have to restart my handset then switch it back on then I see 140 rupees gone and -----Up.

I, bearing mob no [protected], since a few time unwanted packs & services are activated on my no and amount is being deducted from my account, however I never subcribed for any of the pack of services recently devotional pack has been activated & amount of Rs 7 has beed deducted. Complaint has been registered in this regard to 121 customer care from my another air tel mob no as there is no any conectivity to customer care from my no, further your nodal officer of MP & C.G. is not willing to entertain me as he is not picking my phone, today i.e. on 24.11.2009 I had been tring to reach him for 4 hrs. so do the needful in this regard otherwise i will be compelled to go to TRAI or consumer forum42%

I am regular user of airtel prepaid. my no is[protected], in gujarat. since the day of dipawali, my customer care is stopped. means i can not use customer care no 121. because as per informed me, i had maximum use of customer care. I asked, how much time, it was 3 times a day. I think, if customer is in need, and call cust care more than 3 times, it is company is duty to fulfill customer, as they blow their baloons, any time, any where service. before requesting you,i tried from my another no [protected], and requested to help, but in the reward , its service for customer care 121 is also banned.
I tried their airtel noddle no[protected], but it is always engage.
i think, as a customer it is my right to ask for help to my company, any time.
