[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Disconnect new sim | |
Sir, My new Preapaid Airtel SIM No.[protected]F and Mobile No.[protected]. Purchaseing on Dt. 25.11.2009 on submitting the all reqired documents to M/s Prince Telecom, Jamalpur, Near Goal Market, Ludhiana. SIM was activated on next day but after 15 days my outgoing call was disconnect so. I once again resubmitted all require documents to the retailer but till date my sim card is not activated.As per retailer opinion they have send the documents to the distributor, when i talk to distributor they are simply avoiding and asking for contract with Local Airtel Office that is M/s Sunil Telecom, Near Shingar Cinema, Ludhiana. They suggest us to purchase another one New SIM and the present SIM card once the connection is disconnect not possible to reactivate on submitting the documents. So cant help any thing. 1.
