I PAID RS 58 FOR ISD PACK TO US/CANADA.EVEN AFTER RECEIVING MSG THE CALLS WERE CHARGED @6.40 PER MINUTE AGAINST ONE PAISE PER SECOND. I MADE COMPLAINT ON THE SAME DAY AND WAS ASSURED CORRECTION.
NEXT DAY AGAIN SAME THING REPEATED. ON CUSTOMER CARE MR RAHUL REGD MY COMPLAINT BUT NO REDRESSEL.
THIS MORNING MR SUKHWANT CALLED ME W.R.T.MY COMPLAINT [protected] TO INFORM THAT ISD PACK IS ACTIVATED. WHEN I MADE CALL TO CANADA AT 7.45 PM RS32 CHARGED FOR FIVE MINUTES.
CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT RESPONDING. MY TOTAL LOSS AFTER 29TH APRIL IS 57.60WHICH BE REFUNDED BY AIRTEL PLEASE.

i have done a recharge of 80 rs sms pack it was activated and after two day automatically it gets deactivated.. for this purpose i have been calling the customer care for 9 times but they are keeping my phone on hold anf then disconnect it...
I give a same coplaint 30/4/2011, they said STOP your value added service before 2nd MAYbefore 5pm. But daily charged RS:10.

Airtel Prepaid — unnecessary deduction of money
I am using the no. [protected] since last 2 and half years. Now and then news alerts and other services starts without any npermission and money is charged for it. I has lodged a complaint in March-April and had got a positive response. Again in the last week of April without my permission news alert has started coming and money is deducted from the acount. My Airtel Prepaid no is [protected].
I subscribed Airtel mobile tv some 3 weeks before and I call customer care on April 29th and asked them to unsubscribe the service. They said that they will resolve within 3 days.
From that date to this day[protected], Rs. 10 was deducted everyday and Rs. 40 was deducted every starting of week.
I called this customer care nearly 15 - 20 times. One day(On May 3rd or 4th), customer care called me and said that this service is completely deactivated from your mobile.
Even from the day, they started deducting. Again I called the customer service, Every time they said that they will deactivate the service and there is no more charges will be deducted. Last two days they diverted my call. I cant able to contact customer care.
I lost nearly 200 Rs for that without using anything.
This is a very big headache for me, If you will not resolve this, surely i ll switch to some other networks.
