[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Discontinued my mobile number [protected] | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am highly disappointed by the way Airtel has treated me in the past. Here are the issues and I would appreciate if they are solved as soon as possible since it is creating a lot of problems to me. 1. Airtel has discontinued and disconnected my number [protected] in a week’s time whereas as per the rules at least a month waiting time is required. 2. Airtel had all my documents cause I had submitted to them when I had taken the card and I have two numbers in my name ([protected] and [protected]) and yet just for selling this premium number airtel has discontinued and disconnected my number in a week time and are now asking me to buy the same number from the airtel galary.
