Not able to speak customer care executive

i am Abdulla masood, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my airtel prepaid no . i am Old customer of airtel. i was facing the same problm for a long time . still am facing . if i call to customer care from othr no . they tell to send a message to 121. I tried it so many times. nothing worked out . i dont know what kind of bullshit service airtel is providing. can u pls help me out.

ya dey must hav barred ur number...dey do that many times...i dunno what kind of a compamny they are...

take ur frns/partners/relativ's airtel phone n call them n den complain abt ur own number to them...this wud rectify ur problem..

Dear Sir,

Before one month ago, i already stopped my IM, TextBasedServices after to the Aitel Customer Care Person. But in this month, you already start my this services without any information by me. You charged 50/- rupees. But sir I want to stop my this service. and i want my 50/- money back. I can't to the customer care. In this problem, please look the matter seriously. and give me prompt reply. and my money back also. Neither I will change my Airtel card. I will choose another service.

Try to understand my problem.

As i am using Airtel service from last 6 yrs but i have never felt any disappointment with u r service, but from today morning i.e 19/10/09, i got an SMS regarding some "Audio movie " which i have not subscribe and even u have deduted some amount from my account . This is very bad from u r side .So kindly give the response to my email as earliest .Else will have to change the service provider.And even i am trying to talk with your executive but its not there in 121.

sir my no is 09676888329 this is hyderabad no and i am daily on std no 9611320368 which is karnataka no so iam call ing on that no so network is discancted i call to customer care thir saying some 10 dayes require for solve this problem how much spending u know sir i am not able to compleat one call all so call is discontect i am paying for only one secnd please requtife the problem

I am D.P. Arjunahi, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my Airtel prepaid mobile no9958119912. I contacted through my prepaid mobile on 121 to talk customer care executive to discussed some problems come to me. I tried my best but I could not success to the same. Automated answering machine is not giving any option to talk with customer care executive. I also tried so many times to contact CCE through SMS to 121 but I could get suitable reply from them. Reply is coming every time baseless. At present I very disappointment and I am thinking to surrender all Airtel number using by my family members right now. It is requested to give a specific number to contact CCE directly. I also tried to contact to Airtel Nodal Officer on 9818334865 today many times but I could not success.

i just dont know wat kind of customer service airtell is providing. a company as big as airtel offering substandard customer service. i am just not getting customer executive on line. wat no should i try, 121 is not working on that count. bull shit

airtel customer care is worse than other networks I have ever used.I have been trying for last 3 hours to activate/recharge GPRS 98 internet services. there is no response even when i called on 121 i didn't find any option to talk to customer care executive.

AIRTEL is very suck these days for his services.

I am Siva, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my airtel prepaid no .Daily they deduct Rs-3 from my air-tel number.nearly i lost more than 100 rs.Automated answering machine is not giving any option to talk with customer care executive. I also tried so many times to contact CCE through SMS to 121 but I could get suitable reply from them. Reply is coming every time baseless. At present I very disappointment and I am thinking to surrender all Airtel number using by my family members right now. It is requested to give a specific number to contact CCE directly.

iam koushi, customer support executive is not properly answering for the queries. if once we called and tell our compliants immediately the call disconnected to the customer care...then it will activate atter a month y this things are happening? first of all customer satisfaction is important to further development. but here this is lacking over here, if this thing will continue no one will choose this network...pls if possible try to solve the problem then and there...
