[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Not able to speak customer care executive

i am Abdulla masood, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my airtel prepaid no . i am Old customer of airtel. i was facing the same problm for a long time . still am facing . if i call to customer care from othr no . they tell to send a message to 121. I tried it so many times. nothing worked out . i dont know what kind of service airtel is providing. can u pls help me out.

Airtel Prepaid — unsatisfied with response of customer care executive

sir, i have recharged my mobile no. [protected] on 2nd march 2010 with a message pack of rs.33/-, magic pack of rs.21/- and top up of rs.10/-. but unfortunately my message pack did not get activated. so i made a complaint from my other mobile no. i.e. [protected] on 3rd march and the customer care executive assured me to get it solved by 5th march. but as the problem continued i again complained on 6th march but the executive made me hold on and then the line was disconnected. since then i am not able to talk with the customer care executive of your esteemed company for any matter.
sir, if the problem could not be solved it would have been much better if the customer care executive listened to my problem carefully and said it straight away.
i am eagerly waiting for your necessary action regarding this matter.

customer care and response — have to make many calls before you can talk to them

I really dont know how this works, but i need to complain about the horrible service meted out by BPL - especially when they say, "Your call is important to us." and disconnect the line. There has never been a time when i have got a person less than 5 calls. Besides that they have started charging for the call, and their interactive service takes a long time. Of late i am hving problem with the drop box. two month in a row i have received an sms that they have not received my cheque payment. Willbe grateful ifyou could look into this

Airtel — Not able to speak to customer executive

Not able to contact customer care, all the number dialed are being directed to 121 where there is no option to speak to customer executive.

i have complained 10 times on customer care but no use

they deducted rs 70 unnessary from my account my hellotune changed by them they again deducted rs 60 my complain no is :[protected] on 31/12/2010 by pinaki chowdhury but he is an none of my problem is solved.

this is the way a customer being helped by airtel same full to all of you

Airtel — Charging for speaking with customer care executive

Poor Bharti Airtel Mobile Service provider charging its customers Re.00.50/- Paisa for 3 minutes to speak to their customer care executives... earlier these services were provided free of cost by them. I bet that many customers must have switched to other mobile service providers that's why airtel has planned such a move... More so they are putting up unnecessary charges for usage of GPRS which I never used on my cell phone. Every month I have to call them for reversal of the charges.... Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal & his team please take necessary measures otherwise customers shall be constrained to approach Consumer Fora and Competition Commission for which you have to shell out handsome consideration for contesting cases and paying hefty compensations.

airtel customer care is worse than other networks I have ever used.I have been trying for last 3 hours to activate/recharge GPRS 98 internet services. there is no response even when i called on 121 i didn't find any option to talk to customer care executive.

AIRTEL is very suck these days for his services.

iam not able to commmunicate with customer care regarding any issue,as i have activated internet of Rs35 for 7 day now its 3 days only with remaining more than 250 mb they have deducing my balance.

I m a regular customer of airtel from 3years.
That time very big problm with me your customer cares because they was not talk with me.
My airtel balannce was yesterday Rs-190. Bt today i m lookedmy balance, then i m shocked becuase now my balance is Rs-89 only.
So i m calling your customer carefor talk about this matter.
But call disconnected many times.
Then now i m blocked my SIM and port my number for another servies.
If not solved my this problem in some time.
The i m these closed and also. Other numbers closed of my friends.
I am Siva, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my airtel prepaid no .Daily they deduct Rs-3 from my air-tel number.nearly i lost more than 100 rs.Automated answering machine is not giving any option to talk with customer care executive. I also tried so many times to contact CCE through SMS to 121 but I could get suitable reply from them. Reply is coming every time baseless. At present I very disappointment and I am thinking to surrender all Airtel number using by my family members right now. It is requested to give a specific number to contact CCE directly.
iam koushi, customer support executive is not properly answering for the queries. if once we called and tell our compliants immediately the call disconnected to the customer care...then it will activate atter a month y this things are happening? first of all customer satisfaction is important to further development. but here this is lacking over here, if this thing will continue no one will choose this network...pls if possible try to solve the problem then and there...
I Fayaz Ah. not able to call customer care of AirTell. When ever i call, they don't connect me to customer care executive but send me SMS only. I am old customer of AirTel
I am Vasanthi, Using AIRTEL prepaid service, It is very very difficult to speak to customer care executive, No body knows how I should reach them, When i called 121 it just plays all the automated voice messages where i couldnt find any of my required options also not sure how to speak to the customer support agent... REALLY IRRITATING... Prepaid customers are taken for a ride just like that enabling all the services to unsubscribe that we need to search all possible options by the time the would have deducted 10 or 20 INR from every customer which they never repay... This is pure cheating, stealing people money with all possible HIFI techniques...
Unable to connect and speak to the customer care executive. Kindly let us know how this forum is going to resolve our issues, i dont see any kind of rectification being done/made here. We need reliable companies, please stop fooling customers.

your airtel has added me a booster pack of call rate 1.2 paise / second. i have told to customer care executive about this.a month before. but till now no action has been taken.Regarding this i cant able to talk to customer care executive again. Please take action for my complaint within a week, otherwise i will surely change my network

[protected]-mp, account no.13235047, bill no.[protected] dated[protected], due date[protected], amount rs.549.80., i tried to pay this brodband bill before due date 13 aug 2011 but there is no proper system in your bill collection centers, there replys, go to another centre / we take only landline bills /for broadband bills companys software is not ready /come in evening /come tomorrow / pay by cheque and many other trobulsome reasions so please give me prorper and only one collection centers name where i can eazily pay my bill in cash i have already given my complent request four times since[protected], request no is 3974822, i will not pay any fine for delay of bill payment and please dont discunnect connection because its not my fault, now a days airtel is not giving good service to there coustmers, totaly unsetisfied and shamefull, my mobile no-[protected], my email address is [protected]@rediffmail.com please also ask your exicutive to contact me at mobile and solve this problume finaly, i will pay bill only in cash
