[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — mobile sim inactivated

Respected Sir/Madam,
My Airtel sim was inactivated on 13/08/2010 evening. The reason given by airtel customer care centre that I haven't submitted my identity proof. If this is the reason,they are giving me now then, first thing, on what ground did they issue me a sim when I haven't submitted my ID proof.
Secondly, as far as Iam concerned I have submitted my electroral ID proof for this particular sim. I think electroral ID proof suffices for purchasing a sim card. I just want airtel to clarify their stand on this.
More over,In my family we all use airtel for nearly a decade now. And I wish just because of this thing airtel doestn.t loose its very loyal customers.
My airtel number, is or was, now what shall I say I dont know, [protected].

I HAVE PREPAID MOBILE CONNECTION, MY MOBILE NUMBER WAS [protected] BUT IT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO I HAVE NOT PAID RS. 200/- IN TIME. THIS PHONE NUMBER IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME AS IT IS CICULATED AMONG MY FRIENDS, RELATIVES, OFFICES. I WAS TO FULFILL ALL THE CONDITIONSTO RESTART THIS MOBILE NUMBER.
