[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid Customer — Disconnection of Services without Information | |||
Dear Friends, Being a Pre Paid Customer of Airtel from 11 years, i am facing the problems of disconnection and that to without information. 2 months back had received sms saying please submit the documents once again for verification purpose, they disconnected my outing and that time had submit the documents saying ok there might be some process. Now, again they have disconnected my outing without information and the 121 people say they had called me and nodal officer of airtel says as per TRAI it will take time of 3 working days. kindly tell me is there is a solution for this. I am thinking being a customer of airtel from 11 years, i am facing this problem then how about a new customer. Please stop this nonsense and update the systems with online services.
