Extra charges levied for surfing browsing and not provided the detail of surfing.
My airtel mobile no. 9935645126 got recharched with Rs.98/- (Unlimited GPRS Pack) on 11.06.2010, which was activated on the same day and i used Mobile Office settings to surf the internet. Every thing was right till sunday when i tried Airtel live to brows the net and wrongly subscribed Yahho Mail (Hovever it was not required) which costs Rs. 10 for 7 Days. OK I have no problem for the payment of yahoo subscription but i lost Around Rs. 20 for that and i need clarification for that from airtel. Immediately i chaged my phone setting from airtel live to mobile office and surfed yahoo mail through application which was downlodaed earlier. Within 5 minutes i lost Rs. 15/- from my calling value. As per airtel portal browsing is completely free for airtel live and charge of 30 Paies/20 KB is taken for internet browsing through airtel live and there should not be any caharges for internet surfing/browsing when unlimited GPRS pack is activated. Then i called customer care around 1430 hrs. with request reference no. 0613264381 where i found Mr. Deep who was just trying to make me fool by saying that u browsed net with airtel live settings throuhout. This is very obvious that i better know what setting i am using. Anyway he did not give any clarification regarding the issue and refused to provide surfing details which means there is some hidded cost livied.
This is requested to provide my surfing/browsing details (Usage Data) and sunbscription information on my prepaid number.
