Dear Sir,
I have my mobile no.[protected] already done porting in airtel to bsnl ,the sim of bsnl already in
network but only happening outgoing calls from bsnl sim, not incoming call is happening ,,,on the other hand airtel sim is also working with same number ,all incoming and outgoing call is happening from airtel sim i,e.same number
Dear sir,please help me to convert mnp my no. Airtel to bsnl,but both sim is activated now what is going on ,sir please make sure incoming facility should be done clearly in bsnl porting no. from ur service provider please.I am facing big problem sir,please cooperate with my problem to be solved soon by doing mnp to bsnl.

Hi my name is Ravi, two months back i have taken Airtel prepaid connection from one of Airtel dealer in pune i submitted all documents and i got a message from Airtel that my documents were updated successfully..my number is [protected].it has validity period upto dec, 2008.for last 2 days it is showing a message that your simcard registration failed.i approached Airtel gallery.they r saying that their computer is saying"subscriber is not available".they suggested me to take new connection.can anybody help me out. earlier i have a great belief on Airtel but now i came to know it is not a best customer supportive.
airtel customer service centers are totally
i am a maharashtra customer & i shifted to mumbai.
my balance was been unesesaryly deducted
continously saying it was for my last vas download.
almost Rs.500 were deducted this way over two months.
this is a trick of airtel to cheat people.
they send you a message that you can use some service for free for a certain period but there is always a catch to this.they dont inform you when the free subscription is over and continue deducting your money.
when i started facing this problem initially i ignored it.
but it became worse.
On 20th august my balance was -25 due to the stupid deductions.i recharged Rs.125 which gave me full talk time.Till i went to bed without making any calls the usual deductions took place and my balance reduced to Rs.60.The next day i got up yo see my balance become Rs.-4 and it went on to become RS.-20.
I went to an airtel customer service center which was close to my house & the guy there told me that as i was not a mumbai customer he could not help.
he told me there was an airtel gallery at a distant place &told me to go there he told me a landmark to locate the place.I reached the landmark which was about 1.2 km away.from there the airtel gallery turned out to be 0.5km away.when i reached there the guy ther told me to lift a landline kept there out of the 4 kept there .He said i would get connected to a customer care personel.when i got connected he too told me that as i was not a mumbai customer he could not help.
i told the guy in the gallery about it.
he told me the same not from mumbai .
I felt like giving that ashole a lot of badwords but refrained.
I used to feel sympathetic for the bpo employes my father shouted to on the phone.
Now i have changed my mind and now that what they get is what they desreve.

Airtel Prepaid — Network failure

sir my mobile number is [protected].i am facing network problem from last 6 months, while airtel main office is situated aprox.2 km.near my home.please advice what should i do.
My Moblie No.[protected] . Today i make a call to customer care. i told thatIf i make local it charges 1 rupee they are telling that with out verifying my plan is Life time. Actually my plan is 2year. I put 34 Rs std pack, for me STD should be 1 rupee, other call should be normal tariff. but local calls also taking taking 1 rupee.they told me verify the expirey date of my card. i checked it is expiry on 31st July 2010. once again i make a call to customer care tell the same problem they are disconnecting the while speaking, this is irresponsible for your customer.
what is the use of customer care. for nosecutting the customer, you are providing care?
Still ther eis no reply for complain No.[protected]
Better we can go for best service provide like Vodafone or BSNL.

Dear Sir, my Air tel mobile which number is [protected] was lost & I was requested to customer care for lock the SIM... It was successfully locked. After few day I found it & call the customer care to re-open my number, but there is no response.
So I request to you kindly re-open my mobile number.

I have filed a complaint to the Airtel Customer Service of which my complaint no. is[protected].
I have been repetedly calling to follow up on the case as for the past 5 days I am unable to recieve any calls on my phone, or send any SMS.
I was initially told by Airtel Customer support that Call divert was activated. I dont know how! I have never ever activated it.. Well nevertheless nothing has happened and the answer if anyone tries to call my no. it says unreachable or Switched off...
The messages to dont go depite the fact that the service centre no. is also right.

I am forced now to change my Service.

Hello sir Goodmorning this is upeshwar from vidhygnar hyderabad i have taken a new sim card of Airtel on 11/11/09 i have given my id proof as my ration card tey have taken but now they have dis connected my phone due to proper id proof it seems i came to known from customer care. now my phone is not working .customer care they are telling to compalin to consumer also it seems.kindly can you help me to solve problem.they are making me uneasy, more panaic , i got more tension, now where to go to solve my problem sir

I, Mrs seema having airtel prepaid connection no [protected] while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive...

Airtel is the best service provider in india, so i chosen Airtel, to enjoy the benefits. But it was a very worst welcome from your Airtel. I have been charged Rs3/- in a irregular basis. And i had noticed the same.
I had tried to resolve the issue by reaching customer care executive via 121, explained the same query. My complaint no:[protected]. I can understand that this is the common problem faced among all the service providers. But i had been CHARGED FOR REACHING THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF RS1.50/-.
IS THAT A WAY THAT AIRTEL RAISE ITS REVENUE?
FOR SOLVING THE CUSTOMER QUERIES, WHY THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN CHARGED?
WHETHER IS THIS A STANDARD THAT AIRTEL HAS KEPT IN THE MARKET? OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS PROVIDING WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, BUT THEY WONT CHARGE FOR CUSTOMER QUERY'S CALLS, BUT YOU ARE CHARGING. I DOUBT THAT YOU WILL CHARGE FOR POSTING THIS COMMENT. I WOULD LIKE TO SALUTE THE AIRTEL'S GREAT MARKET STRATEGY.

AirTel — Airtel Prepaid

Hi , I had a Prepaid cell [protected] which I was using oast 4 yrs , All of a sudden my no was deactivated telling that it was not used for few months , with out any Intimation about it . when I checked with Airte they told me that my no is recycled and it cannot be recovered . I had a balance of more that 1600/- Rs . I am not reemmbessed with the money too . I am totally dissapointed with this kind of service from Airtel .
Now I can seen the same no is activated and given to some one else .
I need justice for this and my noney reembessed

In my airtel sim i am often getting SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED

I m an airtel prepaid GSM user of Dehradun. I am facing alot of problems related to network .The signal strength is too low in Ladpur and Daipur areas of dehradun.Sometimes situation becomes horrible when it takes 10 -15 attempts to make a call with different types of recorded responses.it is very often to hear my mother's number that number does not exist or please check the number u hav dialed but after 10 -15 attempts call is made.I am unable to call any of TATA DOCOMO subscriber from my no from dehradun but as I go outside dehradun communication wth docomo users can easily done.
Regarding these issues i have complained a number of times but the customer support cell gives me the same response every time that your complain number is this and within few days your problem will be solved but I am still waiting for that day.regarding this i have made contact with nearest airtel outlet they are saying there is no issue with airtel in your area henece they cant do any thing.............
