accidental activation app news service

Hi,
I have Airtel Prepaid Mobile number 7259692645, Bangalore region. Your service APP NEWS_1 was activated on my phone on 2nd April 2012. I never asked for any such service, but still Rs1. is being deducted from by balance everyday. I tried contacting your customer care service but could not connect. I request you to deactivate this service immediately for my number 7259692645.
