[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid Mobile Card — About account balance reduction

I am vaibhav maruti bhosale ,my mobile no.is [protected].my complete is as follow

1.In November i am recharge 500/-, On 500/- airtel offer is full talktime get.But i get only 439/- I am call to callcenter to i was not get my talktime 61/-remaining. They say in 48 hrs you balance will be come but balance not come i call to call center after 48 hrs not connect to callcenter from my airtel no. then i call from mymother airtel no. call was not conected from my airtel no.([protected]) and balance is not comeing they surely say in 24 hrs balance will come and you send message My Airtel to 121.but balance not come i try to call callcenter but call was not connect to callcenter.
after 1 month my call connected to callcenter they say your recharge type(Mobile banking) is different so my complat is if on 120/- i get 120/- on same recharge type so why i not get on 500/-.

2.On 22/01/2013 my account balance is 96/- and internet balance is100Mb.i was recharge 120/-rupees so my total talk time will be 216.On that night i was set 2hrs internet but my 100mb balance reduces i stop my internet usege(i downloading only AdobeReader but not competely download) that time my balance is 167/-(i assume the internet pack completed that's why my 49/- rupese). My complete is in next day 23/01/2013 my account balance is 0.00/- i call to call center they say you use internet so your balance is reducese but i have internet balance so why if say i want detail(how many paise kb per second) so they say only, you use internet we didi not give you bill i say transfer the call to sinear they say sinear is bize so i say i call later but i try next time to call the call is not connected to call center(I call only one time to call center.)

so what can i do my total 228/- balance is reduces.

Airtel Mobile — talk time reduces

i had activate nop on 23-06-08 . at that time my balance was rs.443.81/-.after sometime i got conformation message. and rs.5/-was deducted as a nop charge. after that i started browsing internet through my mobile.
after two hours my balance reduces upt0 rs.141.81/-. i didnot download anything. please tell me why my balance reduced by rs.302/-.

Airtel — continuous balance reduction

"mobiscope video for webcams" service is automatically activated by airtel on airtel sim. which continously reduces balance from my main balance when they want to reduce.when i am callling to customer care of airtel they did not gave me sufficient reply about this service and they are not unsubscribe this service from my sim no. they only send me from one number ([protected]) to other number(12118) and(198).
please help me consumer forum. please deactivate this service

I'm Shubhankar Guha. My mobile number is [protected]. Last two and halfe years i am useing this connection. But unfortunetly i am very sorry to say that I am faceing so many problem about this connection like wise:-

1) Automatically different kind of services are activated and reduceing my balance.

2) I am recharging to get sms service but I am not geting that service. Whenever i am doing sms then you people are debiting from my main account balance which is not to be happen.

3) whenever i need the service i cant get that service.

4) Your customer care executives behaviour are bad and do not give proper information.

So, if you kindly solved my problem as soon as possible then i will be thankful to you otherwise i have to leave this connection.

AirTel — account balance reduction

they are deducting my account balance on their own without my knowledge....by starting any service own their own....i had a talk regarding this to a call center rep. but they are not giving any solution ...even they are providing wrong telephone numbers for contacting their rep in the city.

they have deducted more than Rs. 80.(from 27/02.2011 to 09.03.2011)

I have been charged about Rs.250 in one month without any use of any scheme of airtel.
And I have complained many times on customer care service but I cant find any kind of response from them. therefore I want to file a case in consumer court for the sake of justice for a consumer.

his complaint is vallid. now a days such types of problems are arising on very large scale. but lack of awareness, sortage of time peoples do not take any action against it.

Airtel — Regarding account balance reduction

My name is Jeetendra Magraiya.In last few months Airtel deduct my main account balance by automatically activate various value added services on my Mobile number [protected].When I complaint regarding balance deduction to Airtel customer care centre then first of all there way of talking is very bad, and they block my number for 24 hours because i was tried so many times to customer care in a day then next day i was again call customer care then CC officer said that you use the airtel live service that why Airtel Frenzo service is activated but i said i never use airtel live service on my mobile because i have broadband connection then he said i noted your problem can be solved in near future. After that day my account balance is continuous deducted by Rs. 5 or Rs 10 from airtel that resulted my account balance to -29.28. When i again contact with CC officer then he gave me Request Reference number COVWC[protected]. but my problem is not solved till the present day
please do something, i am really depressed due to such unwanted deduction of money from Airtel for that service i am never used.

yet balance reduction is stopped but what about that money which you people deducted for that service which i never activate and used from my side, resulting my main account balance from positive in negative figure.
so please sir it's my humble request to you. please refund my money that you people unnecessarily deducted.
sir you airtel people are such a dumb, you don't understand the inconvenience faced by the customer.
really today i hate airtel and from now i suggest to each and every person whom i know don't get airtel sim. these people are indulge in fraud activities they deduct your main balance unnecessary, use other service provider but not Airtel

Airtel Mobile — Balance Reduction

Air Tel is eating my hard earned money.
on 1st August 2011, my balance was deducted Rs.5 as some SMS service was activated (Love Pack) by AirTel without my permission. After calling 3 to 4 times I got the balance Rs.5.
on 4th August 2011, again my balance is deducted Rs.3 + Rs.3 (total Rs.6) by saying "Last SMS Cost Rs.3" two times. where as I don't even send the messages from the last one month to any budy.
What is going on with AirTel I don't know. I got fed-up by having AirTel connection.
Please resolve all the problems and return my balance Rs.6 immediately.

and I am getting daily 3 to 5 calls from AirTel regarding hello tune and other service adds. and from Insurance company for their adds. I don't want to get any calls from them.

and same way I am getting more than 20 SMS a day regarding adds and promotional activities of their own.
Please help me for not to get the Calls & SMS like these.
