[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — want some explanation | |||
hello sir/madam, I am Sandeep tada from Jaipur. I have a prepaid connection of your company, and the no. is [protected]. i have recharged the connection two times in last four days and first time 18 rupees was cut without any call or confirmation . i did not activate any service of yours. and second time it will happened again. when i talked with your customer care executive (name is Mr. Sandeep) today at 11:05AM then i asked to him about TRAI, then i have replied that "what are you talking about, i do not know about TRAI" and when i tried to make him understand till then the our communication was disconnected. So, i want to know that indeed do your customer care executive not aware about TRAI. if is it so then it will very very unsafe for your company's reputation. so please tell me if you have some time for your company's customer that what should i do or not further in this condition. i am available at [protected]@indiatimes.com thank you with best regards, Sandeep Tada Was this information helpful? | |||
